McDonald's — Restaurant in Palmhurst

twice now my order has been incorrect. mistakes happen. but rarely is any employee welcoming to me. they all have a blank facial expression no matter the time of day. & even give you dirty looks occasionally. but i’m nothing but kind to these workers who seem to neglect their jobs. (not every single one of them is like that) the negative energy here is not unnoticeable.

also a few of you act like such pick me’s & it’s embarrassing. like painfully. you can’t even get a 1-2 item order correct..?

you are only sunny bubbly friendly & can suddenly get orders correct when my boyfriend is in the drivers seat. like no keep dat mean girl energy that your so pathetic at trying to...

I have not gotten into a McDonald's ever since the pandemic started. Coming back to my closest McDonald's and dine-in with my family was a good experience. Not only the cashier had our order correct from all the confusion, he was more patient and caring for our misunderstanding and mistakes from removing and adding more in the order. I was expecting for our order to take long because of the line outside, we intend got it more sooner than I expected. It was also the same cashier that was called 'John'. As my family is enjoying their meals, the atmosphere felt new and clean. We walked out satisfied and enjoyable....

Even though I love this McDonald's location...I'm only giving them one star because my orders are usually missing something, they added extra stuff to my burgers, McGriddles, etc. I was there at 2:50am and informed me they were only serving breakfast. They stop serving lunch at 3am. They're ice cream machines are always down. If they have smoothies they only have one flavor. The employees are great though regardless. I understand COVID is affecting services but I'm hungry hungry when I go to your establishment, please include all my food. Especially since being strapped for cash is a...
