Kitchen At Palo Alto — Restaurant in Palo Alto

Tonight we decided while staying in our Hilton hotel, to just keep it easy and eat dinner in the restaurant downstairs. I honestly didn't know what to expect since it was barely filling up at 6pm when we came down. I had already encountered José at the bar earlier and found him extremely attentive. He was overly kind and helpful to my children and us while ordering, serving, and everything else. He introduced us to interesting drinks and recommended amazing dishes. I could not believe we had this amazing server/bartender in a hotel bar/restaurant. I recommend holding onto this wonderful gem. He made an ordinary night extraordinary. I'll be back, for sure for José. I'll also be recommending him on multiple social platforms. We don't have anyone like him in Reno. And that's a fact. Glenna Milligan

My recent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring I felt right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay.

The highlight of my stay, however, was the exceptional service at the hotel bar. José, the bartender, was amazing! Not only did he craft delicious drinks, but his friendly and genuine approach made every visit to the bar feel personal. His knowledge of cocktails and attention to detail were impressive, and he went out of his way to ensure guests were taken care of.

Overall, the hospitality at the Hilton Garden Inn exceeded my expectations, and the staff, particularly José, made the experience memorable. I’ll definitely...

Just watched this old fat waiter saying that was going to break a man's camera in half aggressive and threatening to the public then put in his place by the law of the constitution as a paying customer I will never eat at your restaurant inn ever again...
