Timothy Adams Chocolates — Restaurant in Palo Alto

I am the receptionist writing on behalf of the HR team at Vendavo. I organized a team building workshop with the wonderful owners at Timothy Adams. There were 8 of us that went. We were greeted with the most delicious prosecco, sandwiches, fruits, and fantastic cheese. Timothy had us try the different types of chocolates they use and explained each one to us. After that, he taught us how he makes the truffles and had us learn hands on how to make two different types. We had so much fun and got to go home with our creations. My HR team couldn't stop thanking me for organizing it. They said it was the best team building event they had ever been a part of.

I have been going to Timothy Adams for over a year now. Chocolate is my favorite thing in the world and I have to say that their chocolate is the best chocolate I have tasted in the US. They take so much pride in their creations too. They spend days making each one. My favorite truffle is their peanut butter ones, but I have to say my favorite thing in the shop is their drinking chocolate. It's just like the ones they have in Europe. Non of that watery powdered nonsense you get in most places in the US. Timothy Adams uses the best chocolates and makes thick, smooth, amazing hot chocolate. You get to pick what type of milk you'd like and what type of chocolate. You can add one of their homemade marshmallows to the top or even a shot of espresso. If you don't feel like having hot chocolate, you can have some wine or bubbly with your truffles. I love hanging out in the shop and enjoying my treats because the environment is so cute and inviting and they play fun music. I honestly can't say one bad thing about this place. Timothy Adams chocolates is a boutique chocolate store located right next to Ramen Nagi in Palo Alto. I stopped by this place while I was waiting in line for the ramen. The store will grab your attention right away because of its bold use of bright colors. From the moment you step inside, the rich aroma of cocoa envelops you, setting the stage for an exquisite experience. They have a wide range of chocolate selection, boasting a variety of handcrafted treats that cater to every palate. Whether you prefer dark, milk, liquor filled, or white chocolate, this store has something to satisfy your cravings. The quality of their chocolate was evident in every bite, with a smooth and velvety texture that melted in your mouth, but some of the chocolate buttons were lacking in flavor, especially the liquor filled ones.

Each chocolate button comes with a unique colorful pattern on top which almost looks like a wrapper or a piece of paper that you'd think you need to take off before eating the chocolate but that's not the case. Everything on the chocolate button is edible. Those unique designs correspond to different flavors of chocolate buttons.

You can either buy chocolate buttons by the piece or you can buy sets of various sizes/ counts. Regardless, you'll get a small booklet which shows all the different flavors and what they look like so you don't have to worry about remembering anything. Their gift boxes were also very cute. I bought a chocolate gift set for my friend's wedding anniversary. The packaging was top-notch.

Timothy Adam's is one of our favorite shops in Palo Alto! Everything they offer is high quality from the chocolates to the service. This has become one of my partner and l's favorite date night locations for a sweet treat.

The hot chocolate selection is one of the largest and diverse l've seen, with something for everyone. I've tried many of the hot chocolates and have been impressed by the chocolate quality in each one. They each have complex flavors that you need to take your time to sip and enjoy. Upgrading them to a milkshake makes it even better - nothing like an 85% chocolate mixed in with some high quality ice cream to make my chocoholic heart melt.

I am also a huge fan of the brownies they have on occasion. They bake some of their bonbons into a delectable brownie with different flavors every time I've been. So tasty!

I also recently tried their new ice cream custard sandwiches and was so impressed! The ice cream custard was some of the best I've had The strawberry tasted like pure strawberry and the mint was so fresh I thought I was eating a straight up mint leaf. I can't wait to eat my way through all the flavors.
