Blu Poolside Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Panama City Beach

Service was horrible. We were sat at our table with no water, no napkins, and without silverware. We had to remind our waiter to get us water two times. In the entire 2 hours we dined, we were checked in by service staff ONE time. When our food did come out, we were missing two meals and had to remind our waiter what was missing. When missing food did come out, it was incorrect. Restaurant was EMPTY (should have been a sign) so there was absolutely no reason that our service should have taken this long. While attending a board meeting and on a lunch break I tried the grouper sandwich blackened. The crisp lettuce and tomato with a slice of red onion was delicious. But the aioli sauce made the tender thick fillet of awesome fish perfect. Seasoned just right and a bistro salad to start I wasn’t hungry for dinner till much later. It was fantastic! the kids burger looked like they cooked one piece of lettuce at the same time they fried the burger. so I did ask for more lettuce and the guy brought it out and it was good. I don’t remember if they up charged me for a side of lettuce or not.
