Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Panama City Beach

Ok folks, I don't do this but I must warn you of this place. We went tonight and ordered pizza and breadsticks, all excited because we don't have a Dominos in our hometown. After ordering we went back to sit in the car while it was being prepared and what all we saw while there was disgusting. First of all one of the cooks walked up to the front counter with pizza dough wrapped around his UNGLOVED finger waving it around at the lady up front, who we found out later was the MANAGER, yeah right. Then he proceeds to the prep table, which wasn't covered except with flies, and he started putting something together, someone's food. Of course he didn't wash his hands nor did he put on gloves. After he finished what he was doing he comes out front so he can look at the vehicle that had gone by with its siren on and then takes his hat off and scratches his head then goes back to the prep table, of course not washing his hands not putting on gloves. You may wonder how I know everything he was doing, prep table was in site to the left of the counter. When we went in to complain you could see all the filth back where they were prepping food. When we spoke to the manager she said gloves were not required there because the food goes thru the oven, well hand washing must not be required either. I could go on but have already written a book. If you are in Panama City Beach, Florida think before ordering from the Dominos right off of Front Beach Road beside of Winn Dixie and Chevron. Oh and the only reason they got one star is because that's the only way I could write...

Would not recommend this Domino's. Ordered a large order for me and my family. Four pizzas, half the toppings were off the pizza and in the box and crust undercooked, the chicken wings were burnt, garden salad was wilted beyond ability to salvage. To top it off when calling the Domino's the employee on the other side of the phone said we probably ordered the food wrong, like how is that even a possibility- I didn't see an order for wilted salad, burnt wings, or half dressed pizza on the menu? Then he proceeded to be rude and ask us what we expected him to do about it, like he didn't want to address the issues. We asked to talk to the manager and both employee and manager were rude about requests and manager had same attitude of what we expected him to do about it. Said it would be over and hour to get us replacement then he relectantly said he would comp our meal and we would go elsewhere. Still have yet to see my meal comped on my card/account. We over looked the pizza and wings at first by fixing the toppings, cooking in our oven and picking off burnt pieces, just wanted to make them aware of the completely wilted salad. I actually never leave reviews on anything but here goes.... So ive ordered from here several times i am a local but usually im working and dont have time to go back if needed well last night i ordered the same thing i always get pasta bread bowl ive never had a great one its always been cold in the middle or doughy...so now that i had some time and i live right by this one now i called so many times kept getting put on hold for no one to come back! So i finally had enough and drove up there. I paid almost $9 for this bread bowl and at this point i was heated! But i will still give this place at least 4 stars cause the staff didnt hesitate to fix a new one at all they were really nice made the best bread bowl ive ever had and not to mention they where busy as fk so the fact they where so stressed but did not hesitate to make it right i wish i knew the girls names that helped me they where awesome! And cause of them i will still go here but i will always mention making sure its cooked right from now on. They where sorry that they kept having to put me on hold and gave me a free bowl made right then for me and they were really great...
