This is a resort not owned by our timeshare company , but listed as an associate resort.I should have known better when I booked, as this was the 1 resort that had no pictures of the units or amenities. This building is very outdated. We asked for several days for someone to fix the toilet that was constantly running. Our garbage disposal was not working, so they took it out and did not replace it. When I questioned it, I was told that's what they are doing as the disposals break. The Ice maker in the fridge didn't work. The refrigerator was quite old and scratched up.Rather than fix the ice maker, they gave us a bag of ice that quickly turned into a lump of ice that we had to pound apart. There was no dishwasher. This is expected when the description is a " well appointed unit". The drapes are old and thread bare - you can see daylight coming through in several areas. A couple of the hooks were broken on one end, making it impossible to completely close the drapes. When I brought this up to management, the reply was " oh". How hard can it be to fix a drapery hook? What you can't see in the pictures is how dirty the drapes are. The description said there was a heated pool and a hot tub. There has not been a hot tub there for years, although the stairs leading to the platform are still there. The heated pool was much too cold to swim in. We were there for 12 days and never saw anyone use it. We are owners in BlueGreen-a time share company just bought out by Hilton. We can count on 1 hand the number of times we have been disappointed with our unit over the last 30 years. Add this one to that short list. They actually had a unit open for BlueGreen members that was sitting empty. The only resort right on the beach with an empty unit. ( at least of those we had access to) We had an efficiency unit ( all one room). But there were 1 bedroom units that had dishwashers. The problem is- the description of both sizes was the same. We had an apartment size stove that took 45 minutes to boil a kettle of water on. All the appliances need updating.I will say we did have a lovely balcony overlooking the beach, and we spent as much time as possible there. So- before you book there, call and ask exactly what is available as the description the resort puts out is not correct. BlueGreen ( Hilton) needs to re-evaluate the status of letting this resort remain on the list, as it is not what we have come to expect from BlueGreen over the 30 years we have owned The resort needs to be honest in its description of the property. Advertising a hot tub that has not been there for years is not ok. Lest I forget, I ended up needing to use the laundry facilities 1 floor up. It was raining that day, and the wind was blowing rain on the painted cement stairs. There is no slip resistant anything on any of the stairs. With arms full of laundry, I could not hang on to the railing, and the wet stairs were slippery I ended up going all the way down the hall to use the other set of stairs that were not so wet. Those stairs are a lawsuit waiting to happen. So... in the end, if you are OK with a unit that is akin to renting a cottage in northern Wisconsin ( and digging the food in the sink out of a little basket because the garbage disposals are not being replaced as they break) then this is your place. I do understand this is a small resort, and they are struggling financially, but being dishonest and having people book expecting something other than the reality is not ok.

Our stay at this beachfront Airbnb was nothing short of magical. Waking up to the soothing sound of ocean waves each morning was a dream come true. The location is ideal right on the beach, offering us stunning views and easy access to the water. We felt like we had our own private slice of paradise, with just the right amount of privacy. The hosts were incredibly communicative and respectful, always available if we needed them but never intrusive. It was clear they cared about making our stay as comfortable as possible, which added such a personal touch to our experience. My husband and had a wonderful time and already can't wait to return. This place has truly become a favorite spot for us, and we plan on making this an annual retreat!

My wife and I have owned a time share here for years. There are many pros and a few cons to the place. Pros: Convenient location in the heart of PCB. Right on the ocean. Every room has excellent ocean views. Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. Saltwater pool and heated sauna. Rarely crowded. Clientele is mostly mature. Lots of poolside seating. Close to many attractions, pier and Pierce Park shopping. Cons: Place is a little dated (but clean and well maintained). No on-site bar or tiki-bar. No staff after 6pm. Continental breakfast only served on Saturday. Parking is minimal. WiFi is very sporadic. No pets allowed unless you pay a huge fee You can rent a room nightly based on availability.

There is a lot of traffic where the property is located and becomes nearly gridlock during the evenings and weekends. Parking is also limited which can make coming and going difficult. There are no elevators so if your room is on the upper levels you have to carry your luggage and belongings up stairs which can be difficult for some guests. The rooms are entirely too small for families. Even after rearranging furniture, we felt crammed the entire week. The unit did not have a dishwasher and the refrigerator and stove were very small. The pullout bed on the couch was extremely uncomfortable. There is little to no room for storage space in the unit so we basically lived out of our suitcases all week. The beach has a large public wastewater drain in front which divides the usable beach in half. We spent five days of our week long stay traveling to other beaches in the area because of this reason, The pool is too small for the amount of units. There are very few tables, chairs, and umbrellas at the pool so if you don't reserve your spot by 8am, you wont be able to sit poolside or have a place for your belongings. Check-in and check-out was easy. The day before we were to leave, my daughter struck her head on a mirror which was acting a headboard on the only bed in the unit. The staff couldn't have been less concerned for her wellbeing. A few hours later we received a phone call stating the board was requesting $300 to replace the mirror. Again, no apology or concern for my four year old daughter's wellbeing. In my opinion, this "resort and club" would be best for a young couple or solo traveler. I would not recommend this property for small families with...
