I have eaten here for the last time. I continued to eat at this location because they are one of the few healthy choices on the beach. However, I always experience very poor customer service. This week was by far the worst. I called in to place a phone order and was put on hold for 25 minutes ( I have a screenshot to prove it and ). They only remembered I was on the phone with my husband arrived to pick up the food and said it was a phone order. When they picked up the phone they did not even apologize that they had forgotten about me. They simply said "can I take your order". When I asked them if they knew how long I was on hold they responded by telling me that they were very busy. While on hold I could hear everything going on in the restaurant and they helped only 3 customers that entire 25 minute timeframe. Regardless, they should have started conversation with an apology and they did not. To make matters worse, it was the manager Kirstie that I was dealing with!!!! I asked for the contact information for her manager and she refused to provide it. I asked to leave my phone number so that her manager could contact me. She refused to take my phone number and said she was "busy and had to help her employees prepare meals". She told me to call back in 2 hours, which I did. It has been three days now and I still have not heard from Kirstie’s manager. So, either she did not give him the message or this level of customer service is acceptable to him. Either way, I will never eat here again.

Read morePiss poor customer service I was there tonight and specifically asked for no chicken I get home and there's chicken in it I call to advise them and she said I can drive back and she would replace ok no problem but I can't come back there tonight so she would need to replace it tomorrow. Then she had an attitude and proceeded to tell me I was rude. No I'm the customer and you did my order wrong and now you have a problem because you didn't do it right then she said she would put my name down and I can replace it tomorrow well she never asked for my name and thought she hung up on me. She didn't hang up she left it off the hook and I could hear her and her coworker bashing me for not wanting chicken on my wrap cussing saying she can complain if she want to I don't need this job and this went on and on for a good while until she realized it and quickly hung the phone up. Guess what I'll never be back tropical smoothie you just lost a customer who comes to your establishment literally on a daily basis. Not because they put chicken it but because you cannot hire someone with any customer service skills who bashed your customer while cursing and saying she don't need her job. We waited in line for 15 minutes before we got to order(there was one person in front of us who also hasn’t ordered yet). After ordering it took over 20 minutes to get 1 SMOOTHIE and over 45 to get a salad and a quesadilla. Somehow forgot the chicken in a chicken salad and served me a cold quesadilla. My wife walked back up to counter to get chicken in her salad and the worker literally stared at her for a good 30 seconds then decided to take it back and put chicken in it. The cold quesadilla was obviously awful and the salad was far from impressive. While waiting for our food there was a line to the door. Not one persons order was taken. Literally every single person in the line left. A second line to the door formed and not one order was taken and everybody left once again. You’d think after the first line left maybe you’d attend to the next one? There were at least 4 workers I could see and that’s plenty to handle this location.
