I have anguished about writing this review because I never trash a place in public and this is my only 1 start review that I have ever written. The restaurant was a mess, it seemed as if we were an inconvenience to the staff, we waited 7-10 mintues to even be greeted and the only reason we were greeted was because we flagged a female server down. While we sat there and waited there were a handful or servers that walked by and looked at us, but nothing was said or done. It became evident that the reason we were not being served is because the section they sat us in the server had been cut (side note my wife was in a wheel chair because she had recently broken her ankle and the hostess tried to sit us in a booth). This female server is the one we flagged down as she wiped her tables next to us she snapped that they were really busy and to give them time and someone would be over to which I replied I have already given 7 minutes. She had started to walk away as I said this and scuffed across the restaurant (not verbatim, but to the affect of) I don't know what to tell you (this is verbatim) what do you want me to do get a manager to which I replied across the restaurant yes. All I wanted was someone to come over say, "hey I am so and so and I will be taking care of you give me just a minute and I will be right back over or a hey so and so will be taken care of you and they will be right over can I bring you some waters why you wait". We call that team serving where I serve. I never even put the idea out there that I wanted a manager and was super taken back that I was being scolded by an employee in front of the entire dinning room just because I wanted to be greeted. The female server did get her manager who served us that evening, but that interaction has left a bitter taste in our mouth and we won't be back for awhile. Read moreI was battling a migraine all day and decided to order out for delivery for a change. I ordered two 3 for $10's and an appetizer from their website, which included cup of soup and side salad. When the order was delivered, neither of these were included. I called the restaurant and the woman tried to tell me to call Doordash until I explained that I ordered on THEIR site, then asked me to drive all the way over to the store to pick them up. I wasn't going anywhere with the way I felt! I was placed on hold and a manager picked up, who told me he would email me something to compensate for the missing items next time as soon as we got off the phone. He double checked my address and phone number with me and the call was ended. I never received an email (I checked all folders) or any call back whatsoever. My son also got sick from the chicken tenders.
7 months later: I finally received a $10 e gift card from the manager about 2 weeks later. I decided to give them another try for delivery and use it. I wasn't able to place an order through the app or website and called the restaurant, which I was informed that they had turned off online ordering until 5 p.m. for updates. Fine. No big deal. I wait until 530, place my order, get the free kids meal offered, but not able to use the gift card unless it's in store?! I get my food earlier than expected, and at first I notice that they only gave me regular corn when I paid extra for street corn. The manager was nice enough to refund my card for the $10 plus extra for the street corn I didn't get. I began eating and my margarita chicken wasn't fully cooked, the fully loaded mashed potatoes only had toppings for the few bites on top, and I'm not even sure what the tortilla strips were there for, a waste if you ask me. Read moreHorrible service, food was not good, unorganized, and dirty. We went during lunch service, it was not busy. We got seated and drinks right away, however that was about it. My daughter spilled a drink and we had to clean it all up ourselves, which we didn't mind because she did it, but the floor under our table was soaked and we had to keep our feet up for quite awhile while we waited for somebody to actually stop. We finally ordered and it took over 30 min to get our food, again it was not busy. We got no refills during our meal and after waiting for food. We finally got out food and the server from the kitchen brought our other daughter the wrong food and took it back after she touched it realizing it was not the kids sliders but somebody's lunch sliders. So then we had to wait for her food. Then it was time to go. Our kiosk was not updated with our order. I had to wait for our server to come by again. We got tired of waiting and my husband took the kids out to the car. I had to stop the hostess for assistance and she tried to help me check out, but had to seat another group coming in. Then my server walked by and I stopped her. She went and printed out bill, I had to stop her and give her my card quickly because she was asking away. By this point my husband was calling the restaurant asking if everything was ok, it had been 15 min they were waiting in the car already. Finally my server came back with all the receipts and I finally paid. Here's the kicker! I used gift certificates to pay part of our bill due to a bad experience the last time we got take out!
