Wings ARE NOT up to par. Seasoning is tasteless. Only has seasoning on one side of the wings. Pickup for 2:09, parked in the specified parking. Waited 10 mins to go inside and food was waiting on the door dash shelf & the order was for regular pickup. Fries soggy and cold. Had to request napkins and ketchup. This specific location inside of Chili’s. If I knew Chili’s was in charge of the wings I wouldn’t have ordered. So do not recommend.

We ordered boneless wings for delivery. The sauce was mostly on the bottom of container leaving many wings with no sauce on them at all. Wings should be tossed in sauce not thrown on top of it. It is not possible to order without out fries and because the sauce is in the bottom of the container the fries were sitting in it and soggy. Wings on top of sauce not tossed and soggy fries, we will not be spending hard earned money here again.

Many of the wings were undercooked then some were fried way too long. They didn’t even have sauce on all sides. They just drizzled them instead of tossed them. Really poor presentation. The fries were terrible. I didn’t expect them to be super hot bc it was a delivery and it was late but aside from that, they were not good. We spent over $100 and ate maybe 3 wings.

"A Bad Night?" A typical Monday night (I'd like to think not too busy) I'd assume and hope? I can't even say "Not the wing's I wanted but the wing's I needed". I just spent almost 7 months deployed in the middle of nowhere in the middle East, SO dreaming of America Chicken Wings. Yet, my deployed locations wings were better than these... A bad night? I hope! I WILL try this place one more time because I don't know how you can overcook a wing this bad. The wing sauce was excellent! Wing size, overall baseline was there... But over cooked, overcooked, overcooked, overcooked... Did I mention overcooked?

I will give you a second chance. But wings on a military base, in the middle East, in the middle of NOWHERE was better cooked than...

Honestly not bad wings, but it's not consistent, I order 1 time and it's not crispy, I order again and it's super crispy, (bone in wings). In terms of taste honestly it's lacking on the sauce, it's almost like they cook the wings, put them in the box and then whisper Buffalo sauce to it, cause there is practically no sauce, another review said the ranch wasn't ranch, it's buttermilk ranch, idk what that person thinks ranch is but it's definitely ranch. Just needs more sauce and to be crispy everytime then I would say it's good wings, didn't know it was based out of chili's, I Like the chili's, they've never done me wrong other than not sautéing...

Typing this review as I need to give my jaw a break from chewing these wings! Way over cooked and tough. Waited in the To Go spot for 10 minutes before going inside to pickup the food since nobody ever came out. Maybe if I had gone straight in, they wouldn't have had so long to keep cooking the wings... they were also out of the desert I ordered, but charged me for it anyway!

It's Just Wings replied to my review, but the link they provided just goes to their Doordash page, not a contact forum. To top all this, now the restaurant and Doordash are both refusing to refund the missing item. Great customer service from...
