McDonald's — Restaurant in Panama City

Went there and placed an order about 9:30 pm fro a couple of cheeseburgers and a couple of chicken sandwiches. Received my order pulled to the parking lot space and checked my order. Sure enough I was shorted one cheeseburger, I got out of my vehicle and walked out to the drive through and knocked on window . The employee came to the window and and I stated the problem that I was shorted one cheeseburger. He walked over and retrieved the cheeseburger and handed it to me stating that “ he was wondering why that was sitting there” . I walked back to me vehicle and realized I had my Perfect IPhone 7 in my lap and it hit the pavement cracking the screen. So a flipping short order of a cheeseburger and an incompetent employee that can’t full fill an order properly cost me a screen replacement. What is the sense of having a drive through when I have to make sure my order is correct and then walk back to get it straighten out. I know he did not break my phone but I do think he intentionally shorted my order hoping I would drive off without checking my order and he could have a coke smile and a snack on me. How hard is it to count 4 sandwiches??? I would not have commented unless I broke my phone. I can't believe what I witnessed today!! I see employees standing around, using vulgar language and playing in the middle of a rush. They were all laughing when someone needed a refund, because they took too long or the food came up cold or incorrect! (What is so funny?? Without customers you have no job!!) My food was handle by an employee who just handled cash. Not one girl had their hair up off their shoulders. They were scratching their heads and faces. I didn't see anyone washing hands afterwards, and still handled food. I saw another girl bite on her nails and afterwards handle food and shakes!! I am horrified by what I saw today!! I had all my food remade, and even then I received my sandwich with paper stuck to the inside of my sandwich. Why??? To be funny?? I don't understand why it's such a hard concept to grasp!! Make other people's food with love and care the way you want your made!! And put the order correctly!!! I still never received the fries for my kids meals. I never received my sauce for my children for their nuggets!! The fries were still cold, the burgers were still poorly put together. I don't get it. I absolutely dislike McDonald's food, I only came because my son just got out of the hospital and this is where he really wanted to come!! I will never ever ever go back to any McDonalds ever...

All the locals know not to go here, but sometimes you’re in a rush and hungry which is what happened to me today. The food, service and atmosphere 1 star. Waited 40 minutes in store, not counting the time before when I placed the mobile order. At the 40 minute mark they marked my order complete before finishing it and had to ask me what I had ordered. I told them they should have known and requested a refund for the 2nd time. This time the manager had to pay me out of the register because he realized how poorly they handled my order. 15 minutes before this he had told me because I had a mobile counter pick up order he couldn’t refund me. What a joke. Also, nothing but trailer park trash and homeless people in there. On baby Jesus 2 weeks ago there was blood and poo in a pair of grey Hanes briefs in the middle of the men’s bathroom right after I had put in my order. Nothing would make me happier than closing this location and turning it into a bojangles or an empty parking lot. All in all, the manager tried handing me someone else’s food that had been sitting on its side for 15 minutes prior and I told him even if this was my food I wouldn’t have took it because it was cold.
