No stars, I've spent alot of money here just to have someone be ugly, im sad and disappointed and was treated like nothing. I came to this location i was waiting outside patiently and I only knew it was 9:59am I didn't have my phone so i didn't know and i explained everything but no matter in the mean time I waited and when I felt like it was close enough I ring the door bell, some female came up to me very angry and said we dont open tell 10am but it was 10:03am i didn't say but that was rude, Anyway she let me in and as she asks questions every time I would have to respond she kept slamming things rudely so I left the store and said if you are going to treat me this way and be disrespectful then I'll leave she said, OK! so I left and probably wont every come back. To be treated that way is wrong I didn't do anything I just so happened to be at the door one minute prior to opening. This happened more then 3 times with that same female and two others. It sad that I dont want to be there anymore now i feel discomfort and dont want to be there, to much negativity and negative energy, all I did was be friendly and all they did was make me look bad and feel bad. There 3 people there that are very rude and im sure other customers feel the same I went 3 months dealing with this and today was my last time and now im letting it be know I hope things change but if not that place is full of negativity and disrespectful workers. Every time when I show up its always the same im DONE the workers there are always rude im just going to a different location or all together different store name because you shouldn't treat people that way especially when they dont do anything wrong. Honestly how do you work at a weed store and be so angry...
Read moreI love 50 shades, but I was disappointed today. Not by their product, but by their customer service. I've spent quite a lot of money there - my wife has chronic migraines, and she finds relief with their THC oils and edibles - for which, I am very grateful. Unfortunately, I'm an old guy, in my mid 50's, who has to drive 60 miles, round trip, to buy their product. Because of the long drive, I often find myself in a position where (with all humility) ... "I need to use the potty" when I arrive. Historically, this hasn't been an issue - the bud tenders understand and recognjze this, and they graciously allow me to use the facilities. Today, I was denied. I understand the need for rules, and I obliged; however, on my way home, it got so bad that I had to pull off on a side road for some relief. I will remain a customer of 50 shades because their product helps my wife of 32+ years; however, you (50 shades) might consider minor exceptions to the store rules under certain circumstances. I'm NOT special, but extending a courtesy such as this means something to your more elderly customer base. Thank you for...
Read moreRecently I visited this location (because albeit I'd been introduced to the brand at another area) this location is the friendliest and cozy location that I like to frequent, no matter the drive.
For context, I suffer from severe chronic migraines and my boyfriend has severe aches and pains in his legs and lower back. We both take CBD, with and without THC, and they help us so much.
The associate who was working that day with me when I came in, Trevor, was extremely kind and understanding with the products I was looking for and the use that I'd need them for. I'd only been taking half of my CBD instead a full piece and he recommended, telling me it's my choice, but he shared that I should try consuming a full piece before going with the pricier, locally made option. That meant a lot to me!
I will always take the chance to come to this location over any other because of the service I've received and my boyfriend is glad that I feel comfortable in...
