This was the absolute worst visit and last straw. My order was missing an item and when I came back to get it, the rest of the food was getting cold. I asked for the entire order, 4 tacos, Gordita crunch, two burritos and two nachos bell grande. One of the nachos was what was missing from the order. The manager refused to remake the order and when I let her know I wouldn’t move until she remade she called me childish and threatened to call the cops. Over tacos!!! This isn’t the first time that there have been issues at this location and the assistant manager is the one we always have to deal with. When I let her know I was posting on Facebook and google and calling the franchise office her reply was I don’t care who you call or what you post. By the time I got home, over an hour after the order was initially placed, the food temp of our burritos was 50, and the temp of the tacos 80 and the hard shells limp and soggy. The beans in the nachos were a big thick blob that would probably have to have been cut with a knife. They were cold to the touch. The entire order was trashed. I guess they’ve never heard of food poisoning. But lesson learned go to taco johns they are just right...
Read moreSo I've been to this location several times over the last few years and haven't had any issues other than missing sauces or too much ice in my drinks, negligible issues, but the crunchy tacos I just received tasted rancid, I think it might have something to do with overused oil when frying the shells, but the taco shells smelled like paint thinner and tasted like baking soda. Look, I understand that entry level employment right now is in a harsh state, but I would rather be dissapointed by shorter open hours then by wasting my money on potentially harmful food, the kitchen staff are all hardworkers as far as I can tell, so I imagine this is a result of some mismanagement or miscommunication. If it wasn't for the last couple of years of reliability I would given a lower rating, but I'm hoping this is a one time event.
Updated: The food quality no longer seems to be an issue, however, they tend to close earlier than listed likely due to manning/upper management issues. I still think this is a better situation than before and I can't really blame them since every business is struggling to maintain their staffing right now. Though I think they should change their listed hours to...
Read moreSo, I went here, to the drive thru, near closing time, and understandably they were "out" of some things. But then... They proceeded to inform me that I would have to wait 25 minutes for my food, and that I could go across the street to IHOP if I was in the mood for pancakes and breakfast instead. I told them I'd wait. I ended up getting my food, and some extras within 8 minutes. I was left with the feeling that they were just trying to close early, or leave at closing time exactly, instead of continuing to serve customers for the last 15 to 20 minutes of the scheduled operating hours. Honestly, one of the worst things I've ever experienced at any place of business is to go there within the last 30 minutes before closing only to find they already locked up. It's incredibly rude, thoughtless, and inconsiderate. It's bad for business. This place did make it right in the end, considering I told them I'd wait for my food, but I'll always wonder if I go there late whether they'll have food, or...
