Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Paradise

Me and my husband visited the Chili’s located in the Las Vegas airport terminal D on 8/31/25. As we approached the bar Kim the bartender was obviously overstimulated as she cursed multiple times when being asked questions by other patrons. We purchased chicken tenders and a pint of beer from the take out portion of Chilis. We took a seat at the bar as we waited for a food and Kim rudely instructed us to “get up”. I explained to her that we did just purchase food and an alcoholic beverage and would leave as soon as our food was ready. She continued to talk about us to her coworkers explaining that that she told us to “get up” and doesn’t know why we were still there. There was a sign that said “bar seats for patrons only” but we spent $50 on food and beer from Chili’s!!! I highly doubt that the rule applies to us and felt that we were racially profiled. Two other African American gentlemen were also asked to “get up” who had also purchased food and alcohol from Chilis take out while other non African Americans who had not ordered any alcohol were never approcached . There was also a handful of open chairs at the bar so her rude approach did not seem to match her sentiments. Chili’s, at 9051 West Charleston Blvd. Come here a lot because the food is pretty good and have had good service until yesterday 02/17/25 when the server/bartender was not very pleasant from beginning to end and when I asked for assistance cause the bill was incorrect, he acted as if he really didn’t want to help. Then left my chicken sandwich, fries & drink, completely uneaten due to the fact that I was full from the tortilla chips, guacamole, and salad. I just thought I’d eat it later, but I left it in a to go box on the table by mistake. Got home and realized I left it so I called and talked to the manager around 12:00 PM and he said sorry, it’s been thrown away and there’s nothing we can do. What crappy service. I couldn’t believe that. Do not recommend coming here for lunch at this time ever again. At least, don’t sit by the bar. This guy was crappy to everyone. Oh, and if you’re a senior citizen, ask for the discount because they definitely will not suggest it to you. Chicken sandwich photo not available. Not the chef’s fault for lousy service. 8/24/25 D35 Gate Chilis: Stopped in on our way back to Anchorage. Restaurant is filthy and the cleaner seemed to be in a really bad mood. We were seated within a few minutes to a sopping wet table that we had to wipe ourselves. The server was quick to come to our table but that was the last quickness she displayed. We got drinks and ordered. My food came first. Ten minutes later still no food for my daughter. At 15 minutes her food arrived. My burger was way over cooked, the bun was soggy and the fries were cold. My daughter’s fajitas were way over cooked as well. The server forgot the cheese, salsa and sour cream plate. The food was awful! We were only able to get one drink refill because the server never came back to our table, though I tried numerous times to get her attention. Overall the worst experience we have ever had with Chilis. Do not recommend you stop at this one. There is another Chilis in the area of D15 gate if you’d want Chilis. Very, very...
