First I’ll like to start off by stating that every other experience at Dutch bros has been amazing , the attitude, the nice conversations, I go to this Dutch all the time!! Always a good experience! unfortunately I had such a bad experience this afternoon , I was having such a good day , morning was good ! And I thought to myself why not get dutch! .. I was approached immediately with such negative energy from an employee who claim to be the manager, “ you’re after the 4 cars “ in such a tone so nasty I honestly wanted to leave ! Then I move an inch of my car as I wanted to make room for cars to go thru , the same negative toned employed informed me again that I was behind the cars which I informed her “ I don’t mind waiting but please don’t give me attitude “ , and she told me, I’m not kidding “ you rolled up your window that’s rude “ , im sorry… over a window I’m getting a nasty attitude over ? Which I never intended for it to hurt her , never knew a window could upset someone so deeply lol . anyways , as I informed her that, she told me “ I’m the manager and you’re not getting served “ Which I had no problem because I was going to leave as soon as she walked away from car . I’ve always had a good experience at Dutch , not sure if this employee was under some substance or just having a bad day , but may her anger soul heal with positive energy .
thank you to the location over at eastern for helping me with positive energy , and...
Read moreIf I could give it ZERO I would. I drove 10 minutes out of my way. Waited 8 minutes and still 3 cars ahead of me. I get it one girl was training another. It happens. I came in through the Tropicana entrance. I allowed a car that was coming in from the opposite entrance (N. Harrison) ahead of me since I saw that the car had arrived before me (it’s called acknowledging who arrived first). When I was driving up behind the car I allowed in, I was told by the drive through employee that ANOTHER car that driven up way after I arrived, was parked on N Harrison the street (wrong way), had arrived before me. Absolutely not the case since I had been watching out and allowed the before mentioned car ahead of me! I told the employee this. She said that she had been keeping watch and they had arrived before me. How could she be keeping watch if she’s training a new girl three cars ahead of me. More like she didn’t she me come in from the correct entrance! I insisted the fact that I had arrived first and she still took them before me. I left. I tried calling the store and it’s an OREGON number. Not to the store, but to corporate with office hours. Very impersonal. It’s really some BS to go out of my way, wait that long, and be treated this way. Dutch bros, you are NOT all that. For a few cents more Starbucks is faster, equally good, acknowledges when they are wrong and fixes it, PLUS their drive throughs aren’t chaotic. Never again Dutch Bros....
Read moreI love dutch bros and I’ve been to every one of them in Las Vegas, but this location is the WORST dutch bros out here. It’s actually crazy how this store compares to the other ones.
Everytime I come it’s a problem, I don’t think I’ve been here once without them messing up a drink?? Also the wait time here is ridiculous, they have double the amount of employees some dutch bros have, and still manage to get cars out of the line twice as slow?? I used my free drink with two extra espresso shots, and I don’t even think my drink had one, just tasted like the regular version, and I’ve never had this problem at any of the other locations. I tipped $5 for what?? Plus the employees are super rude here, not a hello or hi at the window and dirty looks while you’re waiting.
Every time I come here, I hope it’s different, and I’m always disappointed.
At other dutch bros I’ll have a talk with the people there for 5 minutes, they’ll add to my drink or order, or they’ll give me stickers early. But here it’s like “tip?” “ok bye” . I didn’t even get a thank you when I tipped them 😭
I wouldn’t care if the service was poor, but at least get me out of the line in less...
