If I could give negative stars.. I would. I ordered early on a Wednesday. My order stated it was out for delivery at 4:03pm. By 5pm I started calling the store. NO ONE WOULD ANSWER! I called in total 8 times. Finally at 5:15 my food arrived. I ordered 1 Detroit Style Pizza, a Big Dinner Box and some extra wings/sauces. My wings in my big dinner box never made it to me. The extra wings I ordered were the wrong flavor AND were inedible due to the soup of sauce they were swimming in. The pizzas were ICE COLD and again, inedible. After attempting to call the store again, my husband went to the store to explain and the manage GARY called my husband a liar and then refused to give me a refund. GARY was rude and became aggressive with my husband, a consumer. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. You would think that would be all right?? NOPE! I have called Pizza Hut customer service, emailed them, done everything in short of hauling my butt to headquarters to speak with them myself. They tell you they will do whatever it takes to fix their mistake - no they wont. They take your name, information and then you never hear from them again. DO NOT EAT PIZZA HUT! They dont care about you and it completely shows. I will never order from there again. My mother in law wont either after the experience we have had. I tried calling the store multiple times to ask a quick question about my order, but no one ever answered the phone. It’s frustrating when you can’t get basic customer service, especially when you’re spending good money.
The delivery also took much longer than the estimated time — about 20 minutes late — and while the pizza was still edible, it definitely wasn’t fresh out of the oven by the time it arrived. What really disappointed me was that they didn’t include any Parmesan cheese packets or chili flakes with the pizza. It’s a small thing, but it’s standard at most places, and it definitely affects the experience when you expect it and it’s missing.
Overall, the pizza was okay, but the lack of customer service, the late delivery, and missing basic condiments made it feel like they just don’t pay attention to the details that matter to customers. Not the worst meal, but definitely not somewhere I’d rush to...

I placed my order and the app said it was ready in 16mins I go in to store just when the app says ready and on the screen inside it also says ready. The cashier takes my payment and says it just went into the oven and won’t be ready for another 15mins or so. I asked why and she just says I don’t know. Then proceeded to go to back and she never came back to give me an update or anything. No one else ever came and let me know status or asked me if I needed anything else. About 20 mins go by and still no one or my order is out. Then finally one of the delivery guys come in and I asked him if he can see if my pizza is ready and he says sure and go back and like 30 seconds later he brings my order and abs says it’s been there ready for me.
