Five Guys — Restaurant in Paradise

This my first shot at Five Guys and from what I heard they were great! But,to be honest the burgers are great,but they are over priced! $9.74 after tax for a burger come ooonn..... They are most certainly good,but extremely expensive! Even a medium order of french fries was over $5.00 after taxes! I had a horrible experience! I ran over to grab a game from gamestop and told them I would be real quick and to hold my order! I was back in about 15 minutes not even! Grabbed my order so,that I would make it back home quick enough for me and my Girly for a hot throwdown! We open the bag! The fries were half and mostly burned from being over cooked! I should have known from the unprofessionalism of the employees not taking there job serious that this was not the place,but that's what happens when you are rushing and don't get a chance to check ya order! Just because you give ya customers a dump truck load of garbage fries and a dumb fat juicy hamburger doesn't give you the right to over price! Burned fries and unprofessionalism always deserves a 2 star! Most would have given a 1 star! I'm fair and neutral and didn't appreciate that after spending $28.22 for 2 bacon cheeseburgers and 2 medium fries! Wow..... Could of have gotten treated better and have gotten better at the worst of places for that price! I guess whoever you "FIVE GUYS" are! You guys most certainly are not one of my favorites and definitely don't deserve to be called one of my worst kinda of places to eat!

Five Guys is a famous burger chain that originated in Virginia and quickly swept the East Coast by Storm. Their popularity has now made them a very popular selection on the west coast, even rivaling west coast burger giants like In-And-Out and Fatburger.

Five Guys is certainly the most expensive of the three. However, this burger comes with two patties and is one of the heaviest burgers I've picked up thus far. The best part of all is that all of the extra toppings are FREE, which makes the price of this delicious burger completely worth it.

Although the original burger comes with two juicy patties, you can also get their famous cheeseburger in their "junior" version, which has one patty. All of their fries are cooked in peanut oil and have a rich potato flavor, and are soft on the inside with a slightly crispy texture on the exterior.

As you walk into the restaurant, you immediately notice several bags of peanuts stacked against the walkway. These are the fresh peanuts they actually use for their cooking oil. These are the same peanuts that are offered for your snacking pleasure as you wait for your order.

Their shakes are delicious, although I'm hoping they will offer a vegan shake option in the future. The staff is friendly and the service is quality and quick. If you love burgers, you have to try this joint!

*TIPS: Make sure you order the cajun seasoned fries if you love lots of flavor with a little spice!

Went with a friend one thing I liked upon entering was the fact that they clean the outside of the building thought that the timing of it was a little weird but I like the fact that it was done. While we waited in line they had peanuts that we could serve ourselves and eat free of charge that was nice. The server was ok I sensed a bit of an attitude not really towards me but he had one. Didn't really seem to take forever to get ours food even though it was a bit of a wait we ordered Jr bacon cheese burgers with the works the presentation was horrible the bacon was burnt old and greasy I didn't care for the taste at all my bell peppers were not thoroughly cooked as expected and to top it all off my sandwich wasn't put together. I ended up giving the majority of my sandwich to a homeless man my friend didn't seem to mind his food but he is the type to not complain about anything like ever but his fries were very good and the peanuts were good and we didn't get drinks only because we already had our own. Overall I wasn't pleased with my experience and it was disappointing because I always wanted to try them and the smells that came out their restaurant didn't live up to my expectations that was my first and last time...
