Honestly I don’t understand why some reviews are so negative for either location. Yes it is pricey but so is Disney stores cause you pay for the item with the licensed characters on it. Same applies here. Hello kitty merch is always expensive so I wasn’t surprised to see the prices. I chose this location verses the outdoor one. Because I figured this would give me a better chance at getting everything I wanted since I heard the outdoor location runs out quick each day. I went on a Sunday, around maybe 3pm and barely a few people in line and some people sitting down already snacking. The menu is pretty big. But they have a small one at the register to peak off as you order. Staff were very sweet some of the nicest I encountered this trip to Vegas. I got two cupcakes, two lemonades (strawberry and blueberry), a pin, T-shirt, and a bag of cat treats. Lemonades we’re amazing, I think blueberry was the best, strawberry started off really good but towards the end tasted watered down after barely ten minutes. Cupcakes honestly after seeing reviews idk if we lucked out. But I really liked them. I’ve only tried the hello kitty one so far. But it was really tasty. My husband was even asking to take a few bites. Nice buttercream icing, chocolate shavings. The cake didn’t taste dry like some reported. Merch is cute and nice quality. The cat treats I already gave a few to my cats. Two of three enjoyed and ate them. The third has an extremely finicky stomach so I didn’t expect her to like them really. Overall I’d go back, expect to pay a decent amount. If you like hello kitty id say it’s worth it. To at least try once...
Read moreI have so many things to say omg where do I start.
I purchased a matcha latte for myself and a 50th anniversary hoodie for my 11-year-old daughter. This was about 2 p.m., and they were already sold out of many of the treats, and she didn't see anything she wanted. This was already disappointing because she had been looking forward to this during our trip. I asked for a medium sweatshirt stating that my daughter likes to wear her hoodies big. The cashier came back with an adult XS of the 50th anniversary, and what she claimed was an adult medium in another version stating that the former was made bigger. When we got back to our room, my daughter tried it on, and it was super tight. I think the cashier actually showed me two XS trying to get rid of inventory. Of course, when I checked the receipt, it says no returns or exchanges. I don't appreciate being intentionally tricked into buying something that was not what...
