We genuinely were having so much fun playing until one of the rude employees, Robert, aggressively got angry with my girlfriend for taking off her headset because she has anxiety and got claustrophobic. Robert was incredibly demeaning and rude and made her feel extremely uncomfortable all because she needed a break to be able to breathe. Robert rudely, aggressively, and YELLING told my gf, "why would you do that? Do not take off your headset! Now take vest off". It was our first time ever experiencing a virtual reality game and we were extremely excited to try it out. We had such an amazing time while playing a had a ton of laughs. Unfortunately, this rude employee ruined everything for my gf and really put a negative taste in our mouth. We did have a gentleman who was working with us who was amazing and patient. He was having fun and laughing with us throughout our experience. This wonderful gem was named Ari. As soon as we came out of our experience I immediately vented to our team lead and he was very understanding and informed us that he would speak to this employee about his disrespect. He offered us a free game, but honestly, the environment felt tainted after that so we just wanted to vent and get out of there. Overall, the gaming experience was honestly really cool, that alone 8.5/10. The customer service outside of Robert was great prior to us even having to encounter him. Because of our -1000000/10 experience with Robert, it definitely wasn't worth the money we paid and we probably wouldn't be back to this location. As someone who takes disrespect very personally, Robert should not be representing your company. Again, for my girlfriend who had a moment for claustrophobia and needed a minute, she doesn't need to be screamed at for taking off her headset and getting some fresh air. Robert needs to relax and learn how to talk to people in a kind way, if he can't, clearly customer service is...

Pretty neat group experience. We are all in our 40’s and 50’s and enjoyed the team aspect of our mission. One unexpected neat feature was that if one of your team members goes down you have to go to them and physically put a hand on their shoulder for a few seconds to heal them. I would give it 5 stars except for two minor things. You sweat a lot doing this and the sensor equipment we had to wear was slightly moist. I give them the benefit of the doubt and assume that was because these items were disinfected with a liquid based product, but It definitely felt odd putting on moist equipment. You have to wear sensors on your hands and feet, along with a zip-up vest and a backpack which Carrie’s an onboard computer processor and battery pack. Second, we did have a few tech issues during our experience but we still were able to have the full experience. Another minor complaint with our adventure is that there was a little too much time spent in story dialogue which would of been better spent in the heat of battle. Plus side: the play space is plenty large - it’s high intensity fun - you will get a video ‘trailer’ of your experience that is pretty cool once your done, and it is included with your experience - for the competitive ones, it does track each persons statistics and award an mvp and runner up. At $60 per person it is a little costly but may be worth it, especially if your new to VR. NOTE: if you’ve done VR at home and it made you dizzy or sick, this is a room scale experience which makes it MUCH EASIER on the senses and equilibrium. You shouldn’t be concerned. We all agreed that it was an experience we would...

On Aug 24, We were so excited to try virtual reality for the first time, and it was a special occasion for us—my dad's birthday! We had such an amazing time playing and shared a ton of laughs. Unfortunately, a couple of incidents with one of your employees soured an otherwise perfect evening.

Early in the game, my mom’s microphone was too far from her mouth, so we couldn’t hear what she was saying. I went to help her adjust it, and an employee came over and said very rudely, "You know I can help her, right?" It made me feel extremely uncomfortable, especially because my parents don't speak English, and we were trying to translate for them.

Later on, my gun wasn't working, so he came to fix it. He said something to us, but with the game's audio and our headsets on, we simply couldn't hear him. We then asked what he was saying, but he impatiently said, "You guys don't listen," and walked way

We were having an incredible time, but his rude behavior completely ruined our experience. It's really disappointing to have an outing with your family ruined like that. I do want to mention that we had two other employees working with us who were both amazing and patient, and we really appreciate their help. We just wanted to bring this to...

For his birthday, I took my son and his friends to Sandbox VR at Venetian. It was an all around great experience. Marcus prepped the team for Amber Sky 2088 giving thorough, concise instructions for what to expect, all safety matters and guidance for gearing up. Ryan then gave them their vests, goggles/headgear and weapons while giving more instructions for in-game play and everything they needed to know for their virtual mission. The kids LOVED it! They cannot wait to go back again. The moms got to watch and giggle at their kids in the virtual world. Highly recommend Sandbox VR and will be back for sure. There are several choices for themes. The parts one looks good for middle schoolers and Squid Game for adults. Even the moms wanna have a go at it. Ryan and Marcus made the whole visit that much more enjoyable. Thank you, Sandbox VR!!!

I’m going to give this a solid 2.5 stars. The people that checked us in were friendly. But our experience had issues from the start. It was 4 of us, and the sensors were having problems from the start, the game was stopped at least 3 times and the issue was never resolved. (Glitches) At the end our session the video was not recorded and I was promised it would be sent by email, 3 days later and still now video. The girl offered a 20% discount for our next visit, but we were only in Vegas for a day and it could only be used at this location 🙃 My kids said they enjoyed it, and I guess that’s what counts. I wouldn’t spend money there again. P.S. I’m still waiting on our lil video.
