We went here and were unable to go to the 4d show which is at the bottom of the museum. We were also unable to be refunded the cost of the show or the museum price because we went in. Though we exited and still had the ticket in hand the manager would not refund the ticket. She brought a backup manager who said she wasn't going to refund it for any reason whatsoever. Then stated I was staring her down and being aggressive though I did not insult her, raise my voice or stare at her in any threatening way. She came out with an attitude with her mind already made up she didn't even want to hear me out. This was the worst experience I've had in Las Vegas and certainly this is not a place with a service oriented culture. I'd avoid this place for this reason until they make a management change or give this manager some instruction in customer service. Every other show and hotel has been great this is the exception to what has otherwise been good service. I felt she was unnecessarily hostile and demeaning for no clear reason. People come to have a good time and not be treated disrespectfully in front of their families. We hadn't had a vacation since before covid and I encourage you to find a better show as there are better places to spend your money than here. I was so excited because we are from WI and this has been on my bucket list since I was a little girl and never thought it would happen but then my husband and i went for our honeymoon. It truly was amazing and so open, not to many people during the week which makes the experience even better! We stopped at the wax hands you can get done and Jimmy (neutron) ๐ was absolutely amazing and made our day and week and we are going to keep that experience with us for the rest of our lives. He was so funny and talked to us about everything and let us know all the steps and when the wax scared me a little he was so reassuring and so kind. My nails turned out so cool and he took the time to make sure our hands were absolutely perfect and the glitter was beautiful!! The wax hands are going to be our centerpiece in our house and we are going to put the cards we got with them in a shadow box! This experience was truly amazing and I hope one day we can come back...
