Krung Siam, centered on Spring Mountain in Las Vegas, is not just a restaurant; it is a culinary temple of Thailand that beckons with the promise of extraordinary flavors and a dining experience that transcends the ordinary. My recent visit to this gastronomic haven has left an indelible mark, and I am compelled to provide an in-depth and outstanding 5-star review to capture the essence of the delights I indulged in.
The centerpiece of my culinary journey at Krung Siam was the Chef's favorite, the "crab fried rice," a dish that ascends to the summit of gastronomic excellence. The mountainous presentation of this delicacy was a visual feast, promising a culinary adventure that would unfold with each delectable bite. The rice, perfectly seasoned and generously adorned with succulent crab, created a symphony of flavors that was nothing short of divine. Each grain bore the imprint of the Chef's expertise, resulting in a harmonious blend of textures and tastes that left an indelible impression.
The tangy chicken satay was a testament to the culinary finesse that defines Krung Siam. The succulent strips of chicken, expertly grilled to perfection, were a canvas for a tantalizing marinade that balanced tanginess with subtle sweetness. Paired with a rich peanut sauce, the satay was a dance of flavors that delighted the palate and showcased the restaurant's commitment to elevating traditional Thai cuisine to new heights.
To complement the gastronomic journey, a cup of revitalizing green tea served as a godsend of sustenance for my palate. The tea, meticulously brewed to perfection, was a refreshing interlude that cleansed the palate between bites, allowing me to savor each dish with renewed appreciation. The attention to detail in every dining experience, including the choice of beverages, is a hallmark of Krung Siam's commitment to excellence.
The ambiance of Krung Siam is a seamless blend of warmth and sophistication. The contemporary yet inviting decor sets the stage for a dining experience that is both refined and welcoming. The attentive and knowledgeable staff further enhances the overall experience, ensuring every need is met with a genuine smile and a commitment to hospitality.

Read moreI’m sad to be writing this review. I’ve visited Krung Siam several times in the past and I considered it to be one of my favorite restaurants in Las Vegas. But after this last visit, I doubt I will be returning. First we started with the crying tiger steak. We asked for it medium rare. The steak came out cold, basically raw with no sear whatsoever. It was also very fatty. We asked to have it cooked a little longer and to our surprise they brought us an entirely new one. So that was nice. The second one was cooked better but still had too many large pieces of fat. Next we ordered the short rib Massaman curry and the yellow curry with chicken. We asked for both to be medium spicy. The yellow curry was way too spicy and the Massaman had almost no spice. The Massaman curry didn’t come with any potatoes, and the short ribs were 60% fat! Literally just a fatty piece of meat thrown in a dirty bowl that had a small hair on it! I was extremely disappointed with the presentation and attention to detail for a $40 dish! Then to make matters worse, my boyfriend had a severe allergic reaction to the curry because it contained peanuts that we weren’t aware of. While I agree it’s our fault for not making the allergy known at the time we ordered, but we had just got back from a trip to Thailand where we both enjoyed Massaman curry many times with no problems. When we alerted staff to the situation, they basically told us we should have known because the dish always contains peanuts. Needless to say we had to leave immediately and attend to his health as his throat was closing up. So we paid over $100 for a mediocre meal with only a few bites taken out. I really hope the staff reconsiders their level of attention to detail, as the overall quality has definitely declined...
Read moreMy family has been eating at this restaurant for 5+ years and through their multiple renovations it has been pleasant seeing this restaurant thrive and grow. But tonight's experience has been the worst. When the ticket arrived to our table it had a 18% gratuity we asked this guy by the name M if this could be changed to less, due to our experience that our waitress was inattentive my glass was empty for the majority of the time there. So I gave my reason why I didn't feel comfortable leaving a 18% gratuity. We never said we didn't want to leave a tip but not 18% gratuity! I have worked in a restaurant and the tips you as a representative of the business has to be earned. This guy flipped out and started telling us that if we didn't want to leave a tip not eat at his restaurant. And he would be happy to refer us to another restaurant where we didn't have to leave a tip. This guy was rude and his customer service was awful. If I was the owner of this business I would definitely fire this guy. I wouldn't want my line staff to refer my customers to another restaurant. Customers are the lifeline of any business but if I have an employee that kicks out my customers I would be furious! Now a gentleman by the name of March came to our table and apologized for the extremely disturbing and awful service given by M. Mr. Ken if you read this please I urge to read the bad reviews not the good ones but every one of them so you can see that your business is not going the right way your customers are not happy with the quality of the food and especially the...
