My wife and i checked this place out honestly by default because by the time i got off from work they were the only spot for Pho that was still open.

The place was spacious, well lit, and super tidy. We were greeted pretty immediately and offered to sit wherever we wanted. They have an online menu that you can make orders from which even had little descriptions of each thing when you tapped on them which was cool.

We went with the Pho Dac Biet each, an order of Spring Rolls, a chinese donut, a Banh Mi, and some chicken wings.

To be perfectly honest, i set my expectations low because the visual design, online menu/ordering system, and prices had me bracing for another experience with more focus on presentation than substance that's become a bit too commonplace.

i was wrong.

everything was delicious.

The flavors weren't exactly what i had become accustomed to from other Vietnamese/Pho places, maybe it was more chicken base/flavorings? i'm not 100% sure what the difference was but it was a very pleasant and delicious discovery.

The Dac Biet was a generous portion with a great broth that hit pleasantly different. Again, i'm honestly unsure what it was that tasted off from some of the other places i've been to, but it was different without taking away from how delicious it was. The noodles were great, and there was a generous amount of beef and tendons that never had me chewing at anything for an annoying amount of time.

The Spring Rolls had a strong hit of mint that i personally really liked, and that peanut sauce they serve with it is very nice, super savory.

The Banh Mi had a spread that i couldn't identify in it, my wife initially thought it was egg but it definitely wasn't. The bread had a nice snappy yet bouncy bite and the meat was seasoned or braised in a way that added without taking away from the pickled veggies.

The chicken wings though. One of the biggest gripes i have with any place that serves chicken wings is when they don't season the dry mixture, and i was honestly taken aback with how good they made chicken wings. Super crispy, nicely seasoned dry mixture that deep fried for an awesome bite and the chicken was juicy. They had better wings than some dedicated wing places i've tried. i still don't really know what that sauce they served with it was but i just enjoyed the wings naked with the pickled veggies that came with it.

so i ordered the chinese donuts because i saw it on the menu and was wondering what it was doing there as it's usually served with congee. i was more perplexed because of how good it was (fried, bouncy, and delightfully chewy in a light way) so when i asked the server they pointed out that there actually was a congee on the menu that i somehow missed, so i'll definitely be checking it out next time. IT'S VERY GOOD THOUGH!

we also had the vietnamese coffee and a peach green tea with aloe. both were superb. the vietnamese coffee was great, and they offer some ways to customize it with additions that weren't clear (the menu didn't point out that the options you were picking were additions. the coffee already comes sweetened with creamer, whatever you pick is being added on top of that), but again the coffee itself was great.

that peach green tea with aloe jelly was almost equal to the exact same drink i get from dedicated boba tea places which was surprising.

Was this place the best vietnamese place i've ever had? not exactly. i'm not versed enough with vietnamese places to honestly provide that type of statement. but what i can say is that i'd never hesitate or object to coming back to enjoy a delicious meal.

by the end i didn't even think about anything other than how good the food was tasting, and i don't see how anyone who just wants something delicious will be able to walk out of this place anything...

I would like to share my experience to this restaurant, today (04/29/2023), this is me and my husband experienced, as soon as me and my husband went to this restaurant mind you this restaurant was not busy at all, my husband and I had been instructed to seat wherever we want and we had been seated at-least 15m I believe, Waited for that time just to tell us how to order is done online, even during that we never received water/drink or any utensils, after we ordered/received the food I still never got utensils and informed the person waiter’s that I need utensils/chopsticks and he said yes, but the person never came back he just cleaned 3 table, so my husband look around and got some napkins and utensils for me, the whole time when they finally gave us the water the we never had a water refill for the whole 1 1/2hr that we were there, after asking for the refill for couple of times, the worse part is that when we are finally ready to pay we waited 35m just to pay and the waiter just kept apologizing four to five times I’ll be right with you she stated what I don’t understand is there is barely no people on the restaurant that’s it took 35 exactly to be check out, after all this horrible experience at this restaurant I still did a good amount of tips bc that’s the right thing to do but I would personally never recommend this place at all after my first experience went horrible wrong when it’s comes to that customers service that I had received it’s was really bad customer service same things with cooking and the cooking stuff area they were just laughing and giggling to one another, i loved to try new restaurants for experienced but this restaurant had the most horrible customer service and food, I recommend Kim pho long for really good pho and customer service. Thank You hope this help to make you choose good restaurant to go to …I Do Not Recommend...

Whenever I visit Las Vegas, I always go here for lunch or dinner a few times. I went here on a Wednesday afternoon for lunch on my recent trip to Las Vegas. This place has really changed!! Once you are seated, there are QR codes on the table to scan the menu and to put your order in. I dislike how the waiter didn’t even tell us about the QR code and how to order. I didn’t know I was supposed to put the order in on their website until my sister figured it out. The employees should let customers know when they are seated. I saw a few people after us just sitting at the table and waiting for menus. I recently went to another pho place before coming here. I see that it’s becoming a trend now for the pho bowls only being in 1 size. I really don’t like this option now. I understand it is easier for restaurants to do this, but I feel it as deterring customers away. The average price is about $16 - $20 for any type of pho. This used to be my go to place to eat, but I don’t think I’ll be returning. Most people like to eat off the strip to save money. Now I feel like I mine as well eat on the strip and save the trip and time going off the strip. I hope restaurants off the strip notices this trend and change what they are doing. Chinatown use to be affordable. I understand everything is going up, but they have to make these changes or go back to how the business was being run. I really hope all the pho places see that making 1 size all dishes is actually hurting their business. Overall, the food was still good. The service went downhill here. They made things complicated with the QR Code for now. Servers need to let customers know of the changes and how things work. They get a lot of tourist in Chinatown and people don’t like...
