Update. The food is not that great either. It's very mediocre and the portions are very small for lunch specials.. do not order the pad Thai lunch special because the amount they give you is worthless. My review is based on just ordering by phone. This place has a lot of good reviews so I decided to try it out. The lady who picked up the phone i believe she said he name was soohee or huyi. Couldn't really understand her. But besides that. I am a very service oriented person where a paying customer has a request for a simple thing to be taken out of a certain order I don't see why that would be any problem. I ordered 2 lunch specials and a combination fried rice. The lunch specials come with fried rice but since I do not like certain things in my fried rice I asked them if they can make without. She said NO. They are already pre-made so I can not request anything be changed on the rice because they are not going to remake the rice just for me. And since it's only lunch special they definitely won't..what ever. I figured since I ordered a combination fried rice with out the veggies they would be able to make the lunch special fried rice while they were at it.. I know how the Chinese restaurants and Asian cuisines do their food. I work in one so for that rude lady to go and talk to me in a way as if I was stupid is very upsetting. She simply was too lazy to write on the order that it would be plain fried rice with no veggies. I wonder if the food taste any better then the taste she left in my mouth. It doesn't even matter tho. Because now I lost my appetite.

My recent dining experience at Kung Fu Thai and Chinese Restaurant was nothing short of phenomenal. To kick off our meal, we indulged in their potstickers and crab Rangoons, and let me tell you, they were nothing short of perfection. Both appetizers boasted a delightful crispiness that set the stage for what was to come. For our main course, we opted to share the combination fried rice, and it turned out to be the highlight of the evening. The portion was just right for the two of us, and each bite was bursting with flavor. What truly caught me by surprise was the addition of crab in the fried rice. It was a first for me, and I must say, it elevated the dish to a whole new level of deliciousness. I absolutely loved it! What's more, the pricing was incredibly reasonable for the quality and quantity of food we received. It's not often you find such a perfect balance of taste, portion size, and affordability. In conclusion, if you're in the mood for exceptional Thai and Chinese cuisine that won't break the bank, look no further than Kung Fu Thai and Chinese Restaurant. With their impeccable dishes and reasonable prices, they've certainly won me over as a returning customer.

The hubs and I were craving some chinese food for dinner tonight. And with the current 3 week pause going on requiring reservations for dining in we decided to get it delivered. We have ordered from here 2 other times but its been some time ago. We ordered through ubereats. We ordered the combo appetizer, potstickers,won-ton mein noodle soup, beef fried rice, shrimp with lobster sauce , combo pad thai and pad woonsen. Let me say this first, the food came from chinatown and I love in the southend, not only did the food arrive within an hour it was still hot, not warm but hot. Kudos to Michael our ubereats driver!! ok on to my review. The combo app was perfect size for 2 people, you get 2 egg rolls, 2 won tons, 2 shrimp, 2 chicken wings and 2 pot stickers. The soup was enough for 2 with 1 serving left over. The shrimp with lobster sauce was good and the portion was rather large but they put an abundance of green pepper in and that favor over powered the dish. the comb pad thai came with a lot of proteins, again the portion was large, at least 2 servings left over. Another nice thing when ordering is they ask you what spice level you want range from 0 not spicy to 10 xx treme spicy. Mt son liked the beef fried rice jonly negative was there was a lot of onions. Over all it costs a little more than most places, but they have a huge menu. If you can't find something to eat on it then your not hungry. The food arrived quickly and hot another huge bonus. So next time your craving some thai or chinese give them a chance you may find a...

My visit to Kung Fu restaurant was extremely disappointing and upsetting. I ordered mixed veggies with fried rice. The food was just warm, not what I was expecting. Waited for the waiter to come back so I could ask for hot/warmer veggies, but after couple of minutes I gave up and started to taste the food. The veggies tasted so old, specially the tiny corns, they were bad, very old and rotten. No waiter ever was available. I ate some rice and couple of broccoli, which on the menu was stating to be Chinese broccoli but no it was just regular one. Anyway, extremely upset, finally found our waiter, asked to pay. I was in a rush, I told that I will contact the manager later, he wasn't available. I left NO TIP, are you kidding, tip? Next day I sent a message to the restaurant and asked the manager to call me, after 2 weeks of waiting I called the restaurant and asked for him. As usual, not available. Then, this is where I became extremely upset, looking at my bank account, I noticed that they added $3 tip. I was amazed and shocked. Sent another email to the restaurant. No reply. I called my bank and reported identity theft, yes, identity theft! This place should be closed. Bad food, no service, management doesn't care about the customers, and the worst, they add their own tip to your...
