We purchased two Zero Gravity chairs from Furniture for Life and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. We shopped around and appreciated Lisa’s professionalism, knowledge and kindness, but we were not very happy with the warranties being offered at all the locations we visited. We left our contact information with Lisa after visiting her store. The next week, she called to inform us that she could offer us a longer warranty at no cost to us! It was better than what she had mentioned the prior week and what the other companies were offering. This was a deciding factor for us, plus the service we received from Lisa. We did purchase two Zero Gravity chairs that night. We appreciated that everything Lisa told us; she followed through with. Her husband, Raymond delivers and sets up the chairs. They were prompt with the delivery of the furniture. Raymond did a fabulous job. He was very respectful and focused. He handled the furniture with great care and was very precise in his skill, which gives us confidence in the company as Raymond does all the service on the chairs in Las Vegas, if service is needed in the future. We purchased and received 2 Recliners in Nov. of 2021, and waited until now to provide a review of the Product and Service. The Recliners (Positive Posture Cafe+) have exceeded our expectations. Previous recliners (name brand) have lost their support and comfort features after a period of time, which is why we wanted to wait to see how these 2 new recliners would perform. As mentioned, they have exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to sit in them at the end of the day. Everyone of the recliner's features is outstanding.......from just general seating comfort, to the massage feature, the heat feature, and of course the Zero-Gravity feature. After owning several name-brand recliners over the years, both of us are saying the same thing........this is the Best Recliner we have ever owned and sat in. We enjoy them very much, and we are also very grateful for the wonderful Service that the Store (Furniture For Life in Las Vegas) provided to and for us.
