I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the extremely poor experience I had at your dispensary I have never encountered such unprofessionalism and poor customer service at any establishment, and I feel compelled to share the details of my experience.

Firstly, upon my arrival, I was harassed multiple times by the security guard. He approached my car three times, each time with a very rude and aggressive demeanor, insisting that I could not park in certain spots. This was despite there being no clear signage indicating any specific parking restrictions. His behavior was unnecessary and made me feel very uncomfortable.

Furthermore, once I managed to park and enter the dispensary, the customer service I received was extremely disappointing. The staff asked intrusive questions such as "What do you want?" and "Have you ever been here before?" in a manner that felt unwelcoming and accusatory. This is not the type of service I expect as a customer, and it left a very negative impression on me.

Overall, this experience has deterred me from ever visiting your dispensary again. I believe that no customer should have to endure such treatment, and I strongly urge you to address these issues with your staff.

I would appreciate it if you could reach out to me so that I can provide more details and formally file this complaint. I hope that by bringing this to your attention, you can take the necessary steps to ensure that no other customer has to go through a similar experience.

From the moment I walked in a handsome security guard greets you and the fresh plants 🌱 adorning the back counter, where you can sit and wait for your ride share is everything.

Upon entering the actual dispensary store, after I’d check in, it wasn’t busy at all…which works for me.

Sean beckoned me to his register and his energy was welcoming. It didn’t hurt that he was gorgeous, too.

I came for shake because so far it smokes just as good as the whole flower but, for less. Diamond Dust $38/14g is savage. $45 OTD. Ne careful with Garlic Bananas 🍌 it will have you zooming. Unfortunately, it made me tachycardic and the high was unpleasant but, I’m not a quitter and I mixed a little with Diamond Dust and it was a winning combination. I have been buying from here for a few months but, I would always send my son’s roommate to pick up my order. So, my first experience was great!

The store was immaculate, fresh smelling and organized.

I will definitely recommend this place for Gods grass.

Oh, BYW Sean also is a humanitarian. He advised that he literally had just days before cut 14” of his hair to donate to the Children’s cancer hospital…which coupled with the fact we both love motorcycles made him even sexier. He even set me up with their rewards program so my purchases earn points for future purchases.

been going for years buying product at this property and they've gone down hill big time. i mostly buy stiiizy pods and recently all stiiizy products have been lacking severely here. the boxes always come unsealed with the pod upside down and all the wax at the top of the pod. Its so thick the wax from the top wont come down meaning all that wax is wasted even tho im paying full price at $60+ a pop. I have made the problem very clear multiple time to the employees and they told me if i have any problems again to come back with the pod and they'd test and replace it for me. Finally ive come to the store after receiving another unsealed upside down stiiizy pod with almost half the wax gone at the bottom and the employee told me they cant test it they wont replace it and theres no obvious disturbance to the product and that their just a middle man..... which is incredible considering how different the packing and product quality is compared to the other stiiizys there.... feels like ive been played/scammed HARD. Its like the stiiizy pods are fake because ive never experienced this type of poorly packaged stiiizy at any other dispensary so often. definitely not a stiiizy problem and its very sad to see 100% clearly cultivates poor business practice will definitely never be returning after all the years I've come here sadly you lost a very valuable customer considering im there weekly buying...
