This is maybe the worst McDonald's in Las Vegas Nevada. 4855 South Maryland parkway. It never fails it doesn't matter day or night whatever you order will be served to you old nothing is made fresh even if you ask for it.
One major issue of continuously had and thought was resolved. Each time I get off work I head to this McDonald's because it's close to home I request for two sausage McMuffin with eggs and it's usually right after 10:00 p.m..
I hear three different voices tell me no they're not serving breakfast at this time.
I went one morning I didn't see breakfast on the menu either so I asked if they were still serving breakfast and someone named Michelle a manager stated we serve breakfast all day.
I stated no you don't because if that was true each night and early morning that I asked for these two breakfast sandwiches it would have been sold to me.
She stated, if anyone going forward ever tells you no to breakfast sandwich or anything let me know.
For the last time this has happened again tonight at 10:05 p.m.. After I was denied a breakfast sandwich and then after I informed them that they would be reported to Michelle now all of a sudden they can make breakfast sandwiches.
But anyone in their right mind would definitely not order at this point due to snot and ignorant people and all!
How much rather not waste any more money at McDonald's. But especially this one.
These snot nose females all pretended like they didn't know their manager's name. At 10:05 pm 10/27/21 in drive-thru. I asked this lady on the speaker for her manager's name so that I can report the loud African American chick who told me no breakfast will be sold at this time. The female at the first window told me she didn't know her managers names. I said at the speaker for 5 minutes on purpose and she said there as well and didn't say another word.
I said it would be nice if somebody says something, so she replied SOMETHING!
IT'S THIS TYPE OF IGNORANCE THAT WILL GET ME TO FILE MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS. BBB, THE CORPORATE OFFICE, THEIR DIRECT MANAGER MICHELLE, AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE IN ADDITION TO FILING REVIEWS ONLINE.
The one thing I absolutely hate are people who's not grateful for having a job. Not even trying to be professional. Quickly lie simply because they're trifling and don't feel like cooking.
This is a fast food restaurant and that is what McDonald's get for hiring snot nose females who should actually know how to present themselves at least like women...
So no, once you tell me a lie, the trust is gone, and me ordering what I asked for again that they could have made, is over.
Ignorance is because they don't feel bothered when customers are angry or leaves without purchasing taking care less they're at the bottom of the chain.
But they don't realize customers won't file complaints at the bottom of the chain don't care about following a chain of command and we'll jump straight to the corporate office and give names.
I am that chick.

The management (black female) and ( black male / blonde hair) who are representing a McDonald’s franchise the managers at the store should know better but they don’t. First the store was not that busy that you had to be rude. I am parent that is very involved in my daughters life and I teach her to be respectful and ask questions in a professional and respectful manner. She applied for a job online for this location and it sent her a reply to go this location to talk to a manager about a interview time. So for a week I have taken her to this location several times this week and she has called several times. She asked me to take her this morning , mind you I have never went in location with her on the previous times she attempted to speak with a manager. And each time she went in location to speak with a manager. The crew was rude or don’t know when a manager is available.. My daughter came out location and told me what was said to her she was not upset but I could see in her eyes she was getting discouraged at this point. I am single mother raising 2 daughters to be respectful and intelligent young ladies I went in the store to find out why be so rude and unprofessional. The male manager with the blonde hair walked away while I was standing at counter to go whisper something to the very unprofessional rude female black manager. Now nobody asked her to stop what she was doing to interview her she only per reply back from online Application submission about a interview time slot. The very unprofessional passive aggressive simple minded black female whom never gave her name but tells my daughter next time don’t bring her mother in with you. Well unprofessional black women she didn’t bring me the store when we first arrived she came in alone but you and the other manager were rude to her. Nobody asked either one to stop what they was doing but I do believe you could have handled her in a more professional manner. She asked the black male manager, “When would be a good time to talk to her?” He tells her he don’t know and just call. Well she been doing that all week same thing crew rude and very unprofessional. I teach my daughter if you don’t stand for something you will fall for anything. McDonald’s is most young people first job experience but to be handled rude and unprofessional during that first time attempt to get a job. She has applied to other places around in this area because we live in the area. Read moreI am a DoorDash driver. I came to pick up a delivery for a customer. It took 10 minutes for anyone to address me at the pickup window. Once addressed I let them know that I was here for a door dash order and the said one sec and left me there for another 5 minutes. The whole time I’m letting the customer know what’s going on. I contact support like I’m supposed to do and try to get the order remade for the customer. The entire time the restaurant getting no help. The manager comes up to talk to me about 20 minutes after the order should have already been delivered and tells me there is no order I show him the order and that it’s the correct address and he just tells me the order doesn’t exist.The customer comes to the restaurant to get them to redo the order which they should not have to do because the restaurant should have just remade it for me. They argue with the customer before finally having the customer repay for the item and the order cancelling on me after I stood here for almost an hour. I try to talk to the manager so that this issue doesn’t happen again and he yells at me as if I did something wrong. The managers name is Daniel. He yelled at me when I tried to get any help from him at all. The rest of the employees were doing there best to be helpful and courteous and he was yelling at them for no reason at all.
