10/10 gluten free eatery in the Vegas airport terminal (which within a few minutes you can access from any other terminal via airport shuttle). SELECTION: From gluten free yoghurts, breakfast sandwiches to go, muffins, snack boxes and a bunch of high quality ingredients salads, this place has your gluten free needs met! All freshly made. NOTE: No internal seating... Some available opposite. Many of their foods are done, to-go. PRICING: Reasonable, given that it's airport pricing. I spent around $30 USD for brekky+ juice+ plane snacks. OVERALL: Would recommend, as the staff were lovely, service was quick and they were accommodating on order variations. My wife has a gluten and dairy allergy. Online this place advertises that they have vegan and gluten free options. However, when we visited they have a lot of pre-made food, such as salads and sandwiches. When my wife asked about getting a salad with no cheese on it, we were told they can't do that because they are pre-made. So my wife asked about their gluten free options in sandwiches, they told her they can make her one on gluten free bread. My wife asked her why she couldn't get a salad with no cheese on it, if they can make a fresh sandwich, why not a fresh salad? No response, she just walked away from us. I waited outside and saw the employee and asked what time are you opening? (It was 5:30am) she very casual said oh maybe 15 minutes or 5:40. Another customer approached and asked they aren't open I said no I was told basically 15 minutes. That customer said opening is 5:30am (correct). Discuss opening on time in an airport with flights to get on. Then I waited and ordered oatmeal to be told it wouldn't be ready for 30-40more minutes, excuse me you aren't even ready for your breakfast crowd. Unacceptable.
