Snacks At The Bellagio — Restaurant in Paradise

I only recently started coming here to Snacks religiously in the past year when I've been staying here at the Bellagio. It's a hidden gem right next to The Bank and the sports book and it's a great place to get great food. The food is relatively affordable (for Vegas) as well. Great alternative for those that are looking for a quick bite.

Once you get in there are 3 tablets on your right where you can order. Those that are less tech savvy might take a little longer to navigate through the system but also finding where certain dishes are might take some time as well. Once you have completed your order a receipt prints out with a bar code that they scan later on at the register. After you pay they give you a pager and then in about 5-10 minutes later you'll get your food ready to go. There aren't many tables in the restaurant area itself but it also depends on how busy it is.

The sandwiches are really good here. I've tried the Big Tuna Burger as well as the Katsu (Chicken covered in panko) sandwich. Can't go wrong with either. The Snack Fries with Egg is something that's worth trying, it's fries with gravy and meat and also with...

It’s disorganized here. Where is a manager???An older lady called us over and while taking our order at the register she asked us 6 times if our order was here or to go and kept asking what our order was while talking to another customer that was complaining about one small thing about his meal. I told her twice that it was to go. She handed us our receipt and didn’t tell us how long it’ll be it’s been 20 mins and we never got our order. 7 people that order after us already got their order. So we asked another lady about our order and told her that we never got our order and she took the receipt and said she’ll check the back kitchen and then another 11mins went by and we still never got our order I got frustrated and asked for my money back. She apologizes and I said yeah right and she smirked at me. she should’ve let us know how much longer it’ll be instead of taking the receipt and having us wait again. I used to come here exclusively for the waffle fries. The waffle fries with cheese were always so good. When I ordered them today, I got soggy shoestring fries.

While disappointed, I wasn't angry. I asked for the manager with a smile because the employees are friendly.

They got "Chef Juan"

I asked "what happened to the waffle fries" he said "I don't know" I proceeded to exclaim how good they were and how my friend and I always come to Snacks for the waffle fries. He really didn't seem to care or take me seriously, so I thought maybe a review would get to the people who have control or do actually care.

What a shame.

For the record, I didn't ask for a refund. I was hungry and they did their job, plus, I'm a Noir guest and I do not pay for my food. How do you complain about comped food, right?

It's more of a suggestion to bring back waffle fries than a complaint.
