DO NOT VISIT THE DIOR STORE AT BELLAGIO, Las Vegas!!!!
My friend and I went to the store yesterday to see if we can find a cardholder that we like. Our sale’s person called Yuqi. She showed us only a few options, so we asked for more options. Although we found the card holder that we like, but we felt like she didn’t want to serve us because of her attitude. She just took our credit card and walked to the back, not even offer us for a new one. After she came back, she just gave us the wrapped card holder without saying anything. Yuqi just turned to the back and did her own thing. After we left the store, we wanted to make sure everything was in the bag. We opened the bag and checked the receipt. The price on the receipt was not as the same price as Yuqi told us earlier. Therefore, we went back to the store to confirm if there wasn’t any mistake. While we were waiting in line to get into the store, Yuqi saw us and approached to us. We asked her about the price on the receipt, and she immediately said “if you don’t like, you can return it.” We were shocked because we just want to confirm the price. Yuqi kept saying we can return it, if we don’t like it and said she just offered us a solution. I questioned her attitude because she was REALLY disrespectful to us. We were not even in the store, but IN FRONT of the store since she didn’t even bother offer us get into the store. The security guy saw everything, so I asked him if there was anything wrong with Yuqi’s attitude. He even agreed with us that she had an attitude. We were really mad so we left the store. Unfortunately, this is the second time that we have a bad experience in THIS STORE! My friend also bought some product in this store couple weeks ago. She went home and found out there were NOTHING but the box. Although they apologized for their mistake, it was still unacceptable and unprofessional!!! Read moreYuqi helped me and she gave me display earrings, there were so many scratches and even the pearls aren’t the same size & it makes it even more obvious because I tried on 2 different earrings from the display because she offered and the bigger pearl might have come from the other earring that I tried. This is extremely unprofessional because I even asked her if the earrings were new. I totally understand that she wanted the sale but if you don’t have a new one just say it??? I’ve shopped at so many other brands and I never had an issue like this. I’m never shopping at dior again. Disappointed.
Ps* I just read the other reviewers and I faced the same situation. I wasn’t going to write about it but thought it’s necessary. I was extremely bothered about the situation because I have always had positive experiences at Dior, and to no surprise I noticed another customer having issues twice with Yuqi as well. Yesterday I was looking to purchase some shoes, but throughout my time there Yuqi acted like me asking for shoe sized was an inconvenience for her. She had a horrible attitude every time she saw me look at t a different pair. When I told her I was not sure what my shoe size would be she immediately asked “you don’t even know your shoe size?”. I brushed it off until she offered for me to try on the display shoes, which she “handed over” by slamming them on the table.
