Upsetting service at anniversary dinner :( I am not one to leave reviews, but I was extremely disappointed by my experience at this restaurant. My partner and I made a reservation for our anniversary dinner for 9:15 pm. When we showed up at 9:15, we were told to wait 10-15 mins for our table. We waited 15 mins and came back, where they told us to wait another 5. We were super excited to come here, as it’s always been a spot I wanted to check out. We dressed in nice clothes, and were very kind to the staff. When we were seated, the waiter came and asked if we wanted drinks, and we said we would like to order some once we had dinner, but we would love to start with water. We quickly ordered our food. We didn’t get any water until our dinner was served, and the complimentary bread was brought to us at the same time as our meals. My boyfriend asked for a coke, which came when we were halfway done eating. We were briefly checked on, not asked about drinks, and then were ignored for the next 30 mins. They took my boyfriends drink when he was halfway done, and did not offer a refill until 25 mins later when we said we wanted to leave. My boyfriends empty plate sat out for well over 20 mins, and when I asked a different server for a box for my leftovers (ours wouldn’t acknowledge us) she gave us a dirty look and another person dropped it off 10 mins later. After sitting awkwardly for 30 mins after being done eating, our server brought our anniversary complimentary dessert, then dropped off our bill. He didn’t ask if we enjoyed ourselves, said a quick “happy anniversary” then ran off. We watched all of the servers give a lot of care and attention to all the other tables, but we felt embarrassed that zero attention was given to us, especially on a night we had been looking forward to for a while. I am a waitress myself and have been for 5 years, so watching a table be clearly ignored when we weren’t hidden away in a corner was upsetting. We genuinely felt that since we are in our early 20s and didn’t have on expensive clothes or were carrying designer bags, we were seen as less important than the other tables. Our server gave a ton of attention to the tables beside us, who were in clearly very expensive outfits and had designer bags on their tables. Money isn’t always shown via what you wear, so we wish we were treated equally to the other couples there. My boyfriend usually tops at least 20-25%, as we both appreciate the hard work of the industry, but we were treated as if we didn’t fit into the clientele there. Do...
Read moreI would like to preface this whole review with we came to eat dinner here to enjoy the supper club experience (the show).
My gf ordered an espresso martini and myself a carajillo, they were both good- very coffee forward. The complimentary bread was pretty good too, soft with just the right amount of butter and salt. The spicy tuna roll was good also, the rice was very sticky which I liked but my gf didn’t care for it. We got the beef fried rice to accompany our entree and will say honestly it was my favorite thing here. Now for the 8 oz filet mignon both myself and my gf ordered. The steak has a good tenderness but definitely lacked in flavor. I would definitely not recommend, save the steak for any other Vegas restaurant.
Now back to the whole supper club experience part, the performance happens on a stage in the middle of the room. You can see our view from the first table we were sat at, you couldn’t SEE ANY OF THE SHOW. The show was the whole reason we came. So I asked if we could move tables as soon as our waitress came back by. Which was a decent amount of time, after we ordered everyone that brought us something was servers assistants. We were finally moved to a table nearby us and we had the view you see from the second table. From both tables you could see out the window at the Bellagio fountains but that’s not the reason I came to the SUPPER CLUB.
After dinner I went online to see if there’s a special way to reserve a seat guaranteeing you see the show. So apparently there is. When I set the reservation online there was only one option for reservations (which was obviously not a guarantee to see the show) and it didn’t give you a disclaimer telling you that you may not be able to see the show, which is very annoying. I believe the one where you’re guaranteed to see the show you have a minimum of $150 spend food/beverage per person. I would’ve easily done that considering a drink is $20 and a steak is $80. If you go I HIGHLY RECOMMEND getting the guaranteed show seating, if you don’t want to spend $150 per person anyways don’t come because it’s not likely.
I left paying between $350-400 for this “experience”.
I’d honestly steer clear of this place, the food prices were jacked up higher than other Vegas prices for the show, which you may not even be able to enjoy, like...
Read moreThis was the worst dinner service we had the whole time in Las Vegas. My wife and I were so excited to go here, but unfortunately were very frustrated and disappointed with our dinner experience. The hostess was so friendly and sat us up at the bar to wait for our table. We had such a great time sitting at the bar. The bartender was amazing and talked with us while we enjoyed our delicious drinks. You could really tell he enjoyed working there and made the start of our experience really great. Once we got to our table, our server, Brittany, could have cared less about us being there. She dropped off the menu and ran off without saying anything. We were sitting there ready to order for 20 mins before she came to take our order. I would have been more sympathetic and understanding about her taking awhile, but she was at the booth next to us standing there the whole time talking and laughing with them. When she did come back to take our dinner order, she didn't ask us if we had any questions and when we tried to ask about the menu, her answers were quick and vague like she just wanted to leave our table as soon as she could. We got our food which was steak and lobster, which was incredible. We finished and sat there for an hour wanting to order dessert and more drinks, but she never came back. When she did, she just dropped off the dessert menu without even stopping. I was in the middle of asking her about the dessert and she kept walking. At that point we were so upset with the service, it killed the whole mood, and we just wanted to leave as soon as we could. She finally came back with the check and just walked away without thanking us for coming in and she continued to walk right to the booth next to us and started talking with them and standing there helping them cash out on the Ipad. This was the worst dinner service that we had the whole time in Las Vegas. It's sad because the drinks, food, and show was great, but the service just ruined the whole night. It's not like we were being cheap with our dinner selection; she just didn't care about serving us and it was blatantly obvious. We won't be...
