If I can give this Starbucks a 0 I WOULD. Warning: NEVER, EVER, come here!!!!! Horrible customer service and disrespect I’ve ever experienced in my LIFE. I came in, and ordered a grande triple shot iced coffee with coconut milk and 2 venti waters. I paid $9.52. Firstly, the fact that I was charged for WATER, especially TAP WATER is absurd, you guys should be ashamed of yourself for that. All the staff here is rude and acts as if you are a burden to them. Now I usually don’t say anything but, considering I paid $9.52 for my coffee and it was filled to the black rim full of ice, I did. The lady handed me my coffee and I said “I’m sorry do you mind putting more coffee as I paid $9.52 for this and it’s not full and filled with ice.” She gave me the most disgusted look I’ve ever received in my life and she said, “No I don’t know what you want, this is what you asked for.” I kindly told her, I would just like more coffee do you mind making the coffee shots longer. She huffed and puffed and cussed her teeth at me, turned around and THREW my drink in the sink. She then went to the coffee machine taking LOUDLY and RUDLEY about me to the other staff, everyone looking at me. One of the her staff members said to her, “Can you stop, you’re giving me a headache with all your yelling, it’s annoying.” The girl began throwing hands and said “This lady is annoying me with her stupid drink order and I’m not doing it.” At this point I said, “If my drink is such a hassle to make I will kindly get my money back and leave.” She then told me to, “Go ahead.” I told another staff member I can take my money back and leave. Instead she re made me my drink that was no better than the one the other lady had given me. I had no energy and time to deal with these people. Nobody apologized or offered me anything for the inconvenience. The staff here is the definition of a BULLY. Starbucks do better, this is the people you have representing YOUR company. Read moreI would have given them zero stars if that were an option. I visited this location on Tuesday, 18 July on my way to a show. One of the baristas, Jade, made my drink and neglected to hold the drink properly. She spilled a 20 Oz drink of coffee and milk on the counter and my dress. My bright white and blue dress was stained with coffee. She didn’t even offer a genuine apology and offered an insincere apology. We stayed cool and just wanted to get our drink and change clothes before our show. She made us that drink plus an additional black coffee we ordered. We immediately left when we received both our drinks. Few minutes later, as we were drinking the coffee, we realized coffee was Luke warm. This was extremely disrespectful considering the amount of money they charge for a black coffee. We returned to the store to exchange coffee and get a hot one. This was extremely inconvenient and undue burden. We asked for her name so we can speak to the manager; however she refused to give us her name. Finally, we asked to speak with her supervisor, Terrance Walker. He nonchalantly apologized and didn’t even offer to compensate our inconvenience unlike any other Starbucks I have been to. Read moreI've never returned a coffee, was just here at 7:40 in the morning, Americano with heavy cream...a seemingly simple order, but when I got out of was super bitter.. so bitter I couldn't drink it. I figured out was a mix up, it they let it sit a little too long before adding the hot water, so I want back and the lady was rude, telling me I need to put sugar in it, or what do you want to do. So I asked, did you put the cream in after the water, she blinked blankly and said yes. So ok, I asked for it to be made again because this is the drink I always get ( a ton of them) and it had never tasted like this. So I watch them make it and the girl making it out the cream in first.. of course when I got it, super bitter.. Do you train your staff to follow procedure on how to make coffee? Or speak to guests that have a simple issue?.. really lame experience, I didn't bother going back to the front as I knew I would be received rudely.. there were only two people working so it should be easy to figure out who it was and get them trained properly.
