VR Adventures — Local services in Paradise

Ive been a regular customer here but I have recently run into a few issues. Let me start off that im rating this place a five star because everyone is SO wonderful. Lexy is as fun as can be. Brian, scott, and melvin are the ones I highly recommend an adventure from. Give them boys a raise. They are so nice to me and my children and my kids are lil Tasmanian devils ok I dont know how they do their job so well handing all these personalities. Now, I think they recently hired a new girl at the register. Ive not seen this girl before but she is rude. She does not treat me and the other customers like the other people working there do. She was talking to one of the boys I mentioned above with some rude attitude. I noticed this and then she rolled her eyes. I dont think she noticed I was there because when she looked at me, she had a fake smile and a fake voice. She rang me up and I waited about 5 minutes. I went to go ask how long the wait was and she was gone. About the whole hour I was there with my kids, i only saw her again for about five minutes then went out the front. Can't say I agree with the commenters telling people to buy their own VR tech. Not everyone can afford it or even wants it. I have no interest in buying VR for any system (at least not til it's more advanced anyway) and am content just watching others play on youtube, but it was nice to be able to give it a shot myself. For that, I'm glad this place was available. Sure it's ridiculously expensive, but to be fair everything in Vegas is. I wasn't really into all the unnecessary safety precautions, but I understand humans are dumb and greedy and will jump on the first opportunity to sue, so businesses have to protect themselves. The workers were extremely courteous and very welcoming, definitely big on customer service. They give military discounts so be sure to ask if you do it. They've also got flavored popcorn in the back; I didn't ask about it, but I'm sure...

Disappointing. We were next in line to go through their VR haunted house but then an employee came over to tell us they didn't forget us but the owner snuck a family in ahead if us. Hmmm the place is a small room so we able to watch the owner with this family who were either friends or relatives. Either way really TACKY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. finally when the family came out we were told their power went out so we had to wait longer while they looked for the problem and restarted the machine! As for the VR, predictable, poor quality and fake graphics. Probably better for kids as long as owner isn't letting his friends in ahead of everyone.
