Last week I attended a convention in Las Vegas. While there, I took some time to check out the shoes and apparel. My normal routine when I travel. For some reason, I didn’t find anything I couldn’t live without. However, for two mornings, I passed by the Omega Boutique. Their watches really caught my eye. So much that I took an afternoon and visited the store. I walked up to the counter, and Emy Chavez introduced herself. She asked me if I knew much about Omega watches. I responded by saying no, I had been eyeing them in the window for two mornings. As we talked, I quickly recognized she was well-trained in every product line in the store. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, and asked the right questions. She told me about value and quality, usage, where I might wear the watch, style and design, and why Omega should be my choice. She mentioned comfort, wearability, long-term impression, performance, quality, and accuracy. I love it when someone takes the time to share what they know about the product. It’s a pleasant experience. I have used a personal shopper most of my life, but Emy provided the greatest shopping experience to date. As I tried on different watches, she asked about my family, why I was in Las Vegas, then drew attention back to the watch I was trying on. What an outstanding young lady. After trying on approximately 10 watches, putting them on and taking them off, she was so calm. I never felt rushed. She wasn’t pushy. We laughed and had fun. It was more than buying a watch. I know you will have the same experience when you shop at the Omega Boutique in the Bellagio Hotel. Ask for Emy! What a wonderful person inside and out. She is the real deal. You won’t find a better experience when it comes to purchasing a quality watch. She was outstanding, and my next purchase will be through her. I’m so glad we both made the decision together. Read moreUpdate: August, 2025 I've made a couple of visits since my initial purchase in October, 2024. In mid June 2025, I passed by and purchased a NATO strap for my Moonwatch. Per usual, the staff was friendly and made us feel at home. I could've purchased the strap online, but it was nice to stop into the store and browse, and chat it up with the staff.
I returned a few weeks later, just this week (August 2025). I ended up making another watch purchase along with buying a couple other straps, over the course of a few visits. I visited earlier in the week, and though the staff were welcoming, I wanted to wait until Yixing was back to make the watch purchase through her. I was with multiple family members, and each time I visited, they offered us drinks and were in no rush to push a sale or move us along.
I'm happy to continue to make Omega purchases exclusively through them. I like how they treat their customers and thus don't mind waiting to buy through them even though it may be easier to go closer to home. While I purchased my watches through Yixing, everyone else I spoke with over my numerous visits was professional and welcoming.
I'd recommend the experience there to anyone looking to buy an Omega. Even if you're not sure or a little hesitant, they'll take good care of you and aren't pushy. And unlike a nearby authorized dealer, I find the boutique in Vegas to be much more knowledgable about the watches and accessories.
October, 2024 Great service. Very friendly and accommodating. I was the only one that made a purchase, but was with two friends. They treated my friends well and provided everyone with refreshments.
I'll feel comfortable going back for a complementary watch cleaning and to browse whenever I'm in Vegas.

Read moreMy husband and I wandered into the OMEGA Boutique in Bellagio, Las Vegas simply to browse. We were contemplating getting a watch for our son for his law school graduation, which is in May of 2026. Therefore, we were in no rush and had plenty of time (8 months) to look around at different brands, do some research, then decide what we would eventually get. Well, that’s when we met Jeremy, the Sales Associate at Omega. He instantly noticed my husband was wearing an Omega Seamaster and asked to see it. My husband proceeded to tell Jeremy about purchasing the watch (probably 20 years earlier) after he took our son to see one of the James Bond movies. My son was probably 7 years old at the time. They left the movie theater that day, and went straight to the nearest jewelry store that carried Omega, and made the purchase. Jeremy then made a great point. He said “With a special memory like that between you and your son, I have the perfect watch for your son’s graduation!” Thats when he pulled out the James Bond 60th Anniversary Seamaster edition. Jeremy’s vast knowledge of every aspect of the watch was very impressive and his professionalism was over-the-top! He was able to answer every question we had about the watch. It was such a pleasurable experience, we bought the watch right then and there, with no regrets! I truly know that without Jeremy’s kind assistance, we would not have made the purchase that day.
