Usually, I love going to this Dunkin. They always make my drinks really good but today I went and it was a lady named Bhavana. I asked to make a Sabrina dream refresher, but with the mango flavor, but that she handed me a different drink that wasn’t what I wanted. I politely told her that this wasn’t the right drink and I showed her a photo on the Dunkin app of what it looks like and then she proceeded to get mad. She said that it was supposed to be made like that but then when I said it’s not, she angrily took it back and then she was asking me how to make it and exactly what I want in it. I told her that it’s exactly what it’s like on the menu because it is a menu item. She then proceeded to show me the ingredients that she had and said “do you want me to put this in” but it’s not like i would know exactly which ingredients. when she gave the drink, it was fine, but it was barely mixed and she had a bad attitude the whole time overall, I like the store in general but today it was not a good experience with her, but the new drink she...
Read moreUPDATED BELOW..Today was bitterly cold outside, 7 degrees in fact... until I visited this Dunkin. Warm and inviting inside, the aroma of fresh coffee and a wonderful gentleman by the name of Milton assisted me. My coffee was the best I've had in a while. I do visit other Dunkins while on the road and their great but this Dunkins coffee was terrific. My coffee roll was so soft and squishy 😊 Milton is very personable gentleman, cheerful conversation, he just made you forget about the fridgit weather outside. This was a little after 5am, it was a great start to my day and if you stop by, I'm sure you'll have a great start as well. UPDATE.. it's gone downhill and I'll not be coming here. Free doughnut day and I could of broke a window with it, I'm driving to CT and I was given black coffee. I asked for 2 sugar/cream. I tossed the coffee, the birds had the doughnut. What a way to start a...
Read moreA few weeks ago i went into this Dunkin. It was a Saturday morning. They have signs on the door asking everyone to wear a mask. Everyone in there, behind the counter and the customers, we're all wearing masks. Then, there was a man behind the register waiting on customers. He appeared to be a manager or an owner. He wasn't wearing any masks or gloves. He was touching cups touching money and conducting business as usual. When it got to be my turn I asked him no mask? He looked down said real quick that he just came in to help and that one of the other employees can handle my order then took off into the back. Really? He was even working at a counter that has a chalkboard on it that said please be safe and wear a mask on your face. This is Bergen County. We've got a lot of cases of the virus around here. To have that kind of irresponsibility working in the food business is...
