Panera Bread — Restaurant in Paramus

I would give a '0' star if I could.

I ordered one hot tea, one plain bagel, and one plain cream cheese. I had a free bagel and still charged over 3 dollars so I automatically assumed that I got charged for the cream cheese.

I waited more than 5 minuets and my buzzer still didn't go off. I just went up to pick it up and the food was just sitting there. Even at that point, my buzzer didn't go off.

When I told the worker in the kitchen that I didn't get the cream cheese, a man next to me (seemed like a manager) looked at my receipt and said 'You didn't get it because you weren't charges' in a very condescending way. Then he said, 'You were supposed to be charged for it but not gonna charge you this time.'

He didn't even say who he was and acted with very condescending and rude manner. The worst experience at Panera.

The management needs to be retrained on customer service and Panera Bread needs to fix their system because they charged me over 3 dollars when a cup of hot tea is less than 2 dollars before tax (I believe it was $1.79 or...

The customer service was absolutely atrocious I can't even put into words how immature the management is. I had an issue with my drive thru order, not to mention the food has tasted like it was taken out of the dumpster and heated up and my order was completely wrong and management wasn't able to fix it. Not to mention being called a puta and hearing the "n" word thrown around amongst other inappropriate behavior. The employees dilly dally and talk about weed and alcohol and that's not something I want to be hearing when I'm suppose to be having a relaxing evening. From my experience inside, it seems like there's not enough people working. I will not be eating at This Panera again, unless they can step up there game and get more...

Food is delicious and fresh at Panera. This location has a nice outdoor dining area. They should put the menu scan on the window or on a sign outdoors. Am I the only one that finds this menu extremely confusing? There was a bit of chaos to get drinks since there was a ladder set up in front of the drink station with people working in the ceiling. That wasn't pleasant. Although obviously short staffed everyone was hustling to help out the customers. Why not put an extra garbage/bus station outside since that would eliminate the traffic back and forth to the rear of the store and passing by the food...
