I just had a rather unpleasant experience, but I guess I was used to a certain kind of service. I made a mistake ordering a drink with regular milk, even though I am lactose intolerant. I went back to pay for an oat milk alternative, but I was informed that their policy is to pay for another full drink. I stepped out of line and parked to contact customer service.
