Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Paris

I just had a rather unpleasant experience, but I guess I was used to a certain kind of service. I made a mistake ordering a drink with regular milk, even though I am lactose intolerant. I went back to pay for an oat milk alternative, but I was informed that their policy is to pay for another full drink. I stepped out of line and parked to contact customer service. Unfortunately, the form button was unable to send, and I had trouble contacting the store. There was no answer. I’m sure this is just the new standard of service by the corporation. The girls working there are so sweet! I don't know how on earth they get orders out so fast but usually, by the time I'm rolling around to the window, it's already there!
