Good food but they hardly ever get everything you order in the bag.. and occasionally (not often)they will completely miss the mark on the food you do get..
(Edit) I've gone several times since my original review. Each time my orders been correct and well made. Every time there has been a very nice guy, I didn't catch his name unfortunately. He was seemingly the ranking employee & was working the drive-thru as well. On a recent visit on November 5th it was a very long wait in the Drive-Thru. Like right around 50 minutes. By the time I made it to the window I was rather upset and ready to say a few choice words. But then I saw they were only staffed with like three people. Apparently some staff had walked out and others had called in. Everyone I could see there was working so extremely hard but still had on smiles.. I cannot commend them enough on their work ethic. I appreciate them for sticking with their job when I know plenty others would have given up and left too. Especially after some of the unkind remarks I heard a few rude customers say. I said to my wife then I was glad the store had turned over a new leaf. But then the very next day I found myself in the store again and there must have been 10 or 12 people working, none of them the fellow I mentioned earlier.. And while I stood inside and waited I don't know how long for my order at least 30 minutes, I saw at least 8 or 9 people come in with incorrect orders needing to be fixed. Then my own order was missing food nor did I get my drink. When I asked about it the manager lady acted as if I was being difficult or something and wasn't very polite about it. In my opinion that goes to show the difference between a leader like the young man who can inspire his coworkers to do better, and "boss" who only decreases...
Read moreIn forty years and across the entire West Coast and various other states, having grown up with a Taco Bell down the street from my house, I can honestly say this is the best Taco Bell I have been to since growing up in a Taco Bell family.
My grandmother managed a Taco Bell in Ventura, CA in the 80's that was walking distance from our neighborhood. I grew up getting Taco Bell regularly back when they still made everything by hand, including multiple salsas, guacamoles, rice, and beans... everything. I have grown up being a big fan of Taco Bell even through the corporate changes to homogenize the menu and regain control of some of those things the franchisees used to offer that weren't necessarily on the menu.
Of all of the Taco Bells I have visited across California, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Ohio, and now living in Texas and having across the state several times...
This is the most proficient, friendly, and uniform Taco Bell I have ever visited. Everything is always correct. I know if I order something, it is going to be excellent every time. There are so many fast food "Mexican" options in Paris, but I would rather go to this Taco Bell where there is so much more flavor (not just salt), where I can rely on the employees to be wonderful at their jobs and provide me with the best service and food every single time, and where I know I am getting the best value to meet the dietary needs of my family. This newer Taco Bell looks nothing like the ones in California forty years ago, but it does make me think of...
