Do not go to this location do not order online and if Teresa is working just leave. Placed an online order to be ready at 7:10 the order charged to my card. I get to the location at 7:09 and the "manager" (she holds the position but has no clue how to do the job) said she didn't have the order so I stepped out of line to check my email for the order conformation. And she starts telling me I placed the order at the wrong store, I commented back with I know how to read. I stepped outside so as not to mess with their occupation number to get ahold of customer service for online orders since that was where the problem seemed to be however subway has gone to an all digital customer service system. I went back inside to ask if they had a number for the online orders or the app the "the sandwich artist" said for doordash? I said no subway she then looked at Teresa who them decided to scream at me a coustomer who was trying to take care of an issue with my order with absolutely no help from this store that she was trying to deal with 8 orders and she didn't need my attitude to which I answered if you cant handle the job find a new one. I ended up calling another location and was able to discuss the situation with a supervisor . This location has declined greatly in the last few month this has not been the first time customers attitude seems to be this women's issue why she is a manager is beyond me how she is still working here is beyond me I wont be back mostly because I dont trust her not to...

The store was DIRTY, my drinks ice had specks and flakes of what looked like mold, it’s smelled like the food wasn’t properly stored, store front a mess. Manager Stephanie was too buzy playing best friend with employees and invested in drama and fighting to notice the bugs around the food specifically flies. The trash was full.. bread stale. Not to mention the insane things shown on TikTok where she violently threatened a family at their home while wearing her work uniform along with another EMPLOYEE after her near ADULT daughter attacked a 12 year old child on the buss, this is BAD business and absolutely being reported to all hire ups at corporate offices esp if this review is erased. No violent person with an history of domestic violence should be running a store front. The behavior was not only unprofessional but a direct reflection of the Subway name. Re-staffing is a must, including the employee as this is a excellent open shut case...
Read moreMy favorite item at this Subway is the white chocolate macadamia nut cookies. When I come, I usually get a footlong tuna. Their spinach is always fresh & crispy. Most employees are friendly & actually listen to me while I tell them what veggies I want (some have omitted themselves from this group). I visited this Subway pretty frequently when my mother was in a nearby nursing facility. They've many new faces, but I usually get served quite professionally.
