Petco — Local services in Paris

I really don’t know where to start, I have bought fish from this store ever since they came to Paris and the past couple of years their concern for their fish have went completely away. I have bought to batches of fish in the past month and they have been infected with a disease that will wipe out an entire tank yet they continue to sell them. There is one employee who will tell you they were suppose to be quarantined and that everyone was aware of the fact and them the rest will lie and try to sell you more infected fish just to make a sell. There are always dead fish in the tanks including a tank coated on the bottom with dead snails that has been that way for months yet they just put more in on top and try to sell them anyways. I will never due business with this store again and unfortunately you try to talk to someone about it above these people their conveniently never their. When I go in tomorrow to return the infected fish I will take pictures because I know it will be denied that...

"Vitamin C can kill your dog!" Uhhh... my cousin is a vet in Wyoming. She's taught me a lot (even more than that of which most dog owners know). And, guess what, vitamin C is necessary for your dog and good for their health just as it is for humans.

Employees used to be kind. Until, three years ago, I had to buy a medication for my Macaw and was talking about it w/ a friend whilst shopping. The guy w/ the weird earrings overhead us. He began to rant and rave at me. The medication was for my birds digestive problems. The avian shelter I bought him from had told me about the hereditary condition of his.

I've never dealt w/ this harassment from PetSmart or Local Pet Store Owners from small towns. So, why is it that this random douchebag targets me?

He's even tried to harass me whilst shopping in town w/ my cousins in the FBI around me. I swear he's crazy.

I’ve been shopping here for a few months for my two cats that constantly need new stimulation or new toys, and also for the rescues we seem to constantly have coming in and out of our home. The staff has been absolutely amazing!! From the short interactions with staff walking around, to the checkout, it’s always an enjoyable experience. We even had a lovely worker help us find a calming treat for our American bully we had in the house. They are always sweet and ask us how are day is going, or ask about our little fur babies.
