My order consisted of a Gr pecan Oat Latte, Oatmeal with dried fruit, honey, and cinnamon as well as a jalapeno chicken pocket.. My son ordered a cake pop and a sausage egg and cheese sandwich and a olipop. Firstly, the ordering process, the lady at the front counter(Ash) had absolutely no knowledge of the products and nor did the girl beside her. They always said, "I don't know", and even went on to say I've never worked at a coffee shop in my life... what? Why would you say that? If you don't know figure it out. However, I understand it's new but each member should have been trained properly before opening day. I asked her what was the difference between a latte and a cortado. She said, idk. Then I asked how was the oatmeal served, idk again. I then asked her if they had a liquid sweetener, idk again.. Until finally, I said someone here should know this get me them..when we got the sandwich it was not in tact in the bag as if it was thrown on the counter. I also received an extra drink. I told a lady I didn't order it wasn't mine etc... Her exact words were well, if its on the ticket you paid for it. I ended up throwing it away bc she insisted I was wrong...And the absolute worst thing is that my chicken pocket was COLD in the middle. I'm so excited to have a Starbucks here finally but this was not a good experience at...
Read moreMost Reviews I do a positive, rarely go out of my way to issue a bad one. However, I was sincerely perplexed this morning at the new Starbucks in Paris, TN, my maiden voyage there. I ordered a cup of black coffee and banana net bread of which were adegquately good later. But the issue is when i drove up to the drivethrough window I had my card out and ready to hand to the Starbucks employee and she said "we are not allowed to touch credit cards, as we have children and don't want to get them sick". Then she proceeded to hand me a whole card reading machine with gloves on, of which I had to grab with both hands as every other customer did in the drive though. So she is still touching the machine that I touched but now Ive touched with both hands. Just seemed off and weird to me, kind of like someone driving down the road by themselves wearing...
Read moreOn Friday August 15th between 530-6pm my daughter and I tried to get some drinks on the inside because drive thru was packed. We were in line several minutes waiting and had made it to next in line and the cashier announces there was a 45 minute wait. My daughter asks even on drinks and some lady with long brown hair(I think she was manager) responds very quickly and hatefully with "ON EVERYTHING". Needless to say you will not see me back... I spent over $30 the day before around 130 and the service and everything was great besides the wait time due to lack of understanding positions and expectations. Just remember folks, you do have other established businesses to compete with... If you know better, you will do better......
