Sweet Jordan's — Restaurant in Paris

I like to think of my self as an ice cream connoisseur. I have a great appreciation for ice cream. We visited the bakery one afternoon. Although the cupcakes looked delicious, I am not a fan of buttercream frosting so opted to go to the ice cream bar. They had a variety of flavors, unfortunately some of the ice cream flavors were not labeled so I wasn’t sure on a lot of them. I opted to go with the chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream which is not a flavor I typically order out. I was very impressed with the ice cream. It had a mix of mini and regular sized chocolate chips, the cookie dough was perfectly sweet, and the ratio of dough to chips to ice cream was perfect. It had plenty of inclusions mixed in. My boyfriend got their banana flavored ice cream which he enjoyed very much. After we left, I kept thinking about how tasty that ice cream was. We returned the next day. I was anticipating getting the same flavor again, but they had mint oreo which is my favorite flavor of ice cream. And it did not disappoint. This was the reason we came to paris I seen a post on fb about this little gem in paris called Sweet Jordan's when I looked it up it's a bakery that's owned by Jordan who has down syndrome and his parents and they hirer ppl with disabilities to work there. It instantly touched my heart and it was a tear jerker because my baby is autistic and back this way there is nothing for children or adults with disabilities so we had to go and support sweet Jordan's and everything was amazing from the decor, the food, the atmosphere, the service everything was amazing we got to meet Jordan's mama and she was very pleasant, friendly, Godly, and said maybe one day Dereon could work in their bakery! This is exactly what our town needed. And for all of us coffee lovers, I was told today they will be getting an Espresso machine next week so more coffee options to this nice "Sweet tooth" spot. The prices are reasonable and the cookies and ice cream are made fresh right here in the place! There is a great play spot for the kids to play so during the colder weather days, parents have somewhere to bring the kids and they Can chill too. Lots of different seat: couch area, bar stool chairs and tables and small seating. Quiet enough to come read, relax, or come after dinner and a movie date!
