I love Dutch Brothers I frequent there often but the after leaving the parker location I was left feeling very frustrated. There were only two cars me being the second one. And I understand that being overly friendly and talkative is part of the Dutch Brothers experience, however when you don't take into consideration that people are waiting in line and have a schedule to follow, and your conversations with other customers interfere with the rest of the operations of the business I find that extremely unprofessional. I waited in my car for 10 minutes after the customer ahead of me had been done the quartering while the barista continued to carry on a conversation, it was clear that they were familiar and they just did not consider the fact that I was waiting to order. After she finally got my order I was polite ordered my coffee didn't say anything, then she got back inside and then continued to talk to the customer through the order window for an additional 10 minutes after they had already received their coffee. It's an amazing company that truly loves and supports their employees and I feel great supporting that by giving them my business. The coffee and treats are WAAAY better than Starbucks and more affordable. My favorite and probably the most notable part of their business is the experience. The plaque only has a portion of the drinks they have. But, no worries if you don't know what to get. The friendly folks taking your order will help you out and never rush you like any Starbucks you'd go to. And don't be afraid of the lines. Most days they know how to move them.
