The perfect time Cafe is a family owned and locally operated diner. I went with a party of 2 on a Monday at noon. We were seated immediately and our waitress was the daughter of the owners and she also manages the restaurant. We ordered 2 bloody Mary's and I was quite surprised with the amount of kick, the flavor was delicious and the presentation was spectacular. For our food we ordered the classic eggs Benedict and the daily special, which was stuffed French toast with berries. The eggs were perfectly poached, the hollandaise had a pleasant velvety texture and was not broken. The French toast was amazing, great flavor with sliced strawberries and fresh blueberries. Their bacon was cooked to have an amazing crumbling texture that simply melted in our mouths. You can tell that this is a family that cares about what they do and they have poured their love for each other into this place. I am excited to go back for dinner they had a chicken piccata that looks and sounds delicious. If I had to have one critique it was that it took a little bit of time to order our drinks (maybe 5 minutes) but our server was kind...
Read moreFirst time in to try this nice new addition in Parker. A country cozy, clean and refreshing atmosphere. Table cloths, beautiful floors, seating and booths. One side is set up as you enter with a bar and several TV’s. The other side is dining. The owner was out talking to each table during lunch. She’s wonderfully warm, friendly and passionate about this venture. They own the food truck at the ranch on 20 Mile across from Texas Road House.
I had the Adult Grilled Cheese (jalapeño cheddar bread, cheddar, Swiss and pepper jack cheeses). I substituted a cup of tomato basil soup in lieu of fries etc. Both items were remarkable! Waitress was a little timid but warmed as we were there and she gained confidence.
We highly recommend giving this sweet new restaurant a try. All the food served around us looked great. Mine was fresh, perfectly prepared and a wonderful portion for the price. There will be a few kinks as this is their first venture into brick and mortar so please show them the hearts of Parker and enjoy their charming, delicious new adventure in our...
Read moreI’m hoping this was due to growing pains but had a not great experience.
To start, there was a group of people waiting to be seated. There is no hostess and no order to figuring out who was there first. They came by several times to say it’ll just be a minute. Then asked everyone who was there first. They could probably use a hostess during peak hours.
When we finally ordered, the wait seemed a bit excessive. The table seated after us, with more people, got their food first. We were then told several minutes later that they forgot to put out order in and asked us to order again. This was pretty frustrating.
Over an hour after we arrived, we received our food. The crepes were very small. Overall the food was just ok.
They did give us a small discount for the wait. Honestly, I was surprised they still decided to charge us. Not a great service recovery.
I may try it again after it’s more established but it’s the food didn’t leave me wanting to...
