A Sweet Experience Gone Sour
Dear Freddy's Team,
I wanted to share my recent experience at your Parker location, as a loyal customer who believes in the joy of indulging in a tasty treat.
On a warm day, I decided to treat my kids to some ice cream and headed to your drive-thru. Typically, I prefer to place my orders inside, but the drive-thru seemed like a fun option that day! I ordered 4 mini sundaes, and I must say, the person who took my order was very efficient.
However, upon reaching the pick-up window, we experienced a bit of a wait—over 10 minutes, which felt a tad long for just 4 mini sundaes. I should have checked them before driving off, but the excitement of ice cream got the best of us!
Once we got home and opened them up, we were met with quite a surprise. Instead of the delightful sundaes we were expecting, each cup contained only a small drop of Ice cream! To be honest, the serving looked quite ridiculous, with the bottom of the ice cream container clearly visible. We were all very disappointed, especially the kids who were looking forward to a fun treat.

Read moreStaff was short and rude when ordering. Get to the window and ask to do rewards. She had already processed payment "it's a little late for that" get our food. Leave. Realize the entire order is wrong. We got food we didn't order. Missing food we did order they were out of onion rings. Forgot ice cream drinks were completely wrong or missing.. When we drove back and asked to fix it we were presented with more snarky attitude. Lobby was closed so again had to go through the long drive through lane. Waiting over 10 minutes to try and get order corrected. No offer of refund or anything for our inconvenience. Now waiting 23 minutes from time of arrival to get our corrected order. The manager that spoke over me so rudly offered no resolve other than attitude and get our order corrected. No notice on the doors about lobby being closed. We watched multiple families come and leave again as they were confused and didn't know how to order food etc. So 37 minutes. Never got what I ordered. I was presented with chicken nuggets and told "they no longer carry tenders. Employees are rude. Hands down just avoid it. Oh and we left without our reciept for rewards and still missing a drink. Worst service ever. Pandemic issues and lacking employees all aside. This was ridiculous and inexcusable behavior. Definitely...
Read moreA couple weeks back I had walked into Freddy's, hoping to get my grandkids some lunch. I was greeted by a kind young lady, named Tracy, who had the biggest smile on her face! She made sure to greet not only me but my grandkids as well. She listened to each of our orders and took the time to make sure she had it all correct! It was my first time at Freddy's, so I was unfamiliar with their custard options and Tracy went through the various options they had! She was very patient and handled everything with grace. I noticed there were quite the bit of people there for lunch and Tracy was the one doing mostly everything. She had a headset on while helping us folk at the counter, as well as making the custard by herself as well. The manager, Tsige, had a rude and unwelcoming means to her. She dashed out the door and disappeared for quite a chunk of time. She did not welcome me or my grandkids, and brushed right past us. However, Tracy made sure to check up on us and asked if we needed anything or whatnot. It was lovely service from her end, I would definitely go back if it meant the service was as lovely as hers!
