As soon as I walked in, 2 employees were making out at the cash register. I brushed it off my mind and ordered my chocolate concrete Sunday and Freddy’s original burger. I specifically asked for no drink but they proceeded to hand me a Freddy’s trademark medium drink cup. Since I didn’t want any smoke I walked away from the situation with my cup that I didn’t even want in the first place. As if they hadn’t done enough damage already, as I reached for a straw for my medium Freddy’s trademark cup, I realized there was non. I politely asked the employee if they had any more straws and she said, I quote”we won’t give a customer like YOU(I am a 5’5” 10% Hispanic man ) a straw. After this, I sat down and sipped my strawberry lemonade straight out of the cup with NO straw. At this point, I was already INRAGED. Shortly after, I hear my order number 139 called. As I strode up to the counter looking for my order, I was quick to find out that in fact, my order was not even there. I sat back down in complete wallow. After this point, I had to wait another whole 2 minutes because the employees started making out again. After I finally got my order I thought my pain was finally coming to an end. But no. I was sorely mistaken. Oh how wrong I was. Oh boy oh boy i cannot stress this enough. I had order a mini turtle concrete ($3.10) but this concrete was nowhere to be found. I stormed up to the counter and was ready to demand my concrete but yet again I find the employees making out. I could not believe my EYES (and ears). I will not go into detail on this but you can picture the image that I witnessed for yourself. After I finally got my concrete I now sit here righting this review. In conclusion, NEVER go to the Freddy’s on Twenty Mile road, Parker CO. All this for a mid tasting burger I could have made my self. It is a disgrace a establishments like this exists. Waste of...

On my receipt the "combo" gets ruined by all the upcharges just to swap ice cream for the drink? $14 for one person?! The online menu prices are much better than the overpriced menu here. Could get a meal for $9...
2/22/20 the owner sent a quick reply, so let me clarify better.The last two times I went, I asked for the combo; a single steakburger AND the hot dog, which should be $9 or so, less maybe to start; its a combo. Instead I was charged separate, first for the burger as it's own combo at 7.09 and then a separate $2.30 for "add" the hot dog. How does that make sense? To add cheese is literally twice as much as every other fast food place (about .30 elsewhere), but the single I get never came with it unless I request it...so I don't understand these upcharges coming from what is a #9 (8?) with cheese.. A bit ago when I went in there I asked if I could substitute the drink for ice cream and the employee told me "oh we can substitute just a about anything". Well they did not tell me that even a mini still brings another upcharge of $1.70... Upgrade the fries to a large- another 50 cents. That's about the only upcharge I agree with 😂 maybe a dollar for my ice cream is fair. But overall, ouch. Steakburgers can be thin at times as well.. Read moreOrdered ahead on the app just to wait 20 min inside after the latest it said my pickup would be. I could see my order behind the designated shelf the entire time but had no way to get it and it looked like they were still working on it. I waited patiently as this wasn't a big deal to me but saw how only one employee briefly checked the order before doing nothing and then proceeded to see that same employee leave twice to go talk with her friends. I wouldn't normally care but it was a busy time and you could tell the staff were struggling. I find this obnoxious and really stupid. Again, this would not have mattered but after 20 min I went up to ask an employee politely if they knew what was up with my order just to have them turn and walk away from the register. I then walked to the mobile pickup where I was able to speak to an employee who asked my name and immediately handed me the same order I had originally thought to be mine. It had apparently been done for a while but they hadn't put it on the mobile order shelves or made it accessible to get to as a customer. I understand being stressed and having it be busy and I am grateful to how nice the last two employees I spoke to were.
