This is unequivocally my favorite bar in town, and it’s not hard to see why. This place hits all the right notes, delivering an exceptional experience every single time. From the perfectly chilled beers to the mouthwatering burgers (Widow maker yummy-yummy), this bar knows how to keep its patrons satisfied.

Let’s start with the beer—it’s always served ice-cold and at the perfect temperature, which makes all the difference after a long day. The burgers are nothing short of phenomenal; juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. It’s the kind of food that makes you want to keep coming back for more.

The staff here is truly exceptional. The servers, particularly the ladies, are absolute gems. They bring a level of warmth and professionalism that is unmatched. Their friendly smiles and attentive service make you feel like a regular, even on your first visit. They know how to make you feel right at home, and their energy is infectious. It’s clear they genuinely enjoy their work, and it shows in the impeccable service they provide.

One of my favorite features is the array of TVs scattered throughout the bar. Whether you're catching the latest game or just keeping up with various sports, the numerous screens ensure you never miss a moment of the action. It’s a great way to stay entertained, no matter where you’re seated.

Parking can be a bit of a challenge, but it’s a small price to pay for such an outstanding experience. While parking at the bar itself can be tricky, there’s ample space at the nearby thrift store, and the short walk is more than worth it. The atmosphere and quality of the experience make the extra effort to park seem insignificant.

In summary, is a gem in this town. Been coming here for many years and so disappointed on how the service has gone down hill!! I really hope the management will look into the new people hired as the service has gone down hill. I received horrible customer service tonight. The waitress Jana our waitress made up a false accusation to make herself look in the right when I made a complaint about our food and it was nothing she did and was out of her control and mine and was the food. Instead of making it right, Jada our waitress questioned us and lied and said false accusations and said I called her a bad name which never happened so she did not get in trouble. Jada instead of making things right, she questioned the customer and acted like it was not a legitimate complaint when there was no chicken in our chicken nachos which was the complaint. I’m very disappointed how everything was addressed and handled and will not be returning after being a loyal local customer who had spent thousands of dollars at this place. I really Miss the old staff that is not there and who knew and recognized. I don’t like to post bad reviews but felt the need when Jada took it to another level and completely lied to try to get me kicked out! I can’t even believe someone would lie like this so this is the only way to get my truth out and hope management can see what a problem this is! I love the atmosphere at Tailgates, and the food for bar food is pretty good. The bands are on point. The one issue I have with this place over and over is when you are trying to settle & the server throws the handheld POS (point of sale system) in my face, with no printed out check… 100% of the time, (literally every single time I’ve been) there have been charges that were not mine. Or I’ve been overcharged for extras that I did not order. I’ve tried to figure out if this is an issue if I’m at a table with other people and they get it mixed up, but then it’s happened with just my husband and I a couple of times.

This is incredibly hard to leave this review because my husband and daughter (and myself previously) work in the service industry so I hate leaving negative reviews, but you have something going on and it’s not right, and because of that we haven’t been back in about a month, with no plans to, even though some of our favorite bands are playing there coming up. When I started asking friends about this, they also have had the same thing happen. I just happened to read some of reviews and sure enough it happened to many others.
