The food was great, the service however could use some work. I preordered my Easter ham and sides weeks before Easter. I assumed that since I pre ordered, paid online, and chose a pick up time that that would guarantee me my order of prepared food. I arrived on Friday, my chosen pick up day and time, and come to find out that pre order and payment does not guarantee that they will have your order. As it was two days before Easter you can imagine that the line to get orders and food was long. As I got my turn to pick up my order they told me that they were out of the 10lb ham I had already pre ordered and paid for. I told the girl that I didn't understand that as I had already pre ordered and paid. She stated that they work off a first come, first serve basis. I was shocked at this. She asked if I was willing to take a 7.5 lb ham instead, I stated no, I paid for 10lbs. She then stated that all they had left were 7.5lbs and I could take 2 of those and just pay the difference. I thought that this was ridiculous as I thought by pre purchasing I was guaranteed by order. This made me feel very bate and switch just to get more money out of me. I kept combatting her about this because I was not about to pay more money for something I already paid for. I was obviously holding up the line, so after some time she finally caved and just gave me to 7.5 lb hams. I was not trying to get more for nothing, but just wanted what I had already ordered and paid for. Although the food was good, I had gotten ham and four sides, this experience has left me with a bad taste in my mouth for using them for my future...

This is an update. Placed and prepaid an online order for pick up Saturday. I show my email qr code and told it's already picked up. How can a prepaid order in my name be picked up? In the end I received my order but it definitely makes me hesitant to place a big order and Prepay if the order can be given away. The sliced ham was also cut very chunky and not thin sliced. Service has gone down. On my previous visit I ordered ham and cheddar biscuits for lunch and received it plain just to be told they didn't put the butter because it's too messy. That's what I ordered and how it's prepared. I'm a little concerned going into the holidays.

Happened to be in Parker and popped in Honey Baked Ham. So friendly and helpful with the lunch menu. A variety of sandwich options. We tried the ham and cheese biscuits, which we saw freshly made! They were delicious! It is one of the best things I have had lately. With a side of white cheddar mac n cheese, it's so good. Will definitely come back to this location and take a pic.

Boneless ham was amazing! So tasty and is delicious for days! This location is the best for quality and service.

Once again, delicious boneless ham. Two sides corn bread stuffing was a favorite! The white cheddar mac n cheese cooked perfectly. I do recommend ordering online for easy pick up. Next up I need to try dessert.

I love the Honey Baked Ham Store in Parker. We buy their sliced ham and turkey for Thanksgiving and Christmas, plus several of their tasty sides. I am over 70 and no longer want to cook the whole dinner from scratch because I end up exhausted. The upside of buying most of the dinner is that we have a delicious feast that only involves me heating dishes in the oven and microwave. Plus, their turkey gravy is a lot better than mine!

The reason I am writing this review is that I picked up an order two days before Thanksgiving and they were so well organized, it was a pleasant experience. They had an employee outside the door who politely kept too many people from going in at once, my order that I had placed online was ready to go. The employees were friendly and patient. I easily added a couple more sides to my order, and I was done in minutes.
