Worst experience! We frequently dine at this location and have a Sunday football ritual. Breakfast burritos every week.
We visited this establishment on 12/15. I order my burrito smothered with green chile every time. Today when we got home and I began to eat, I immediately started gagging and coughing. I could barely speak and I told my husband the chile was not edible. He thought I was joking so he tasted it himself. He had the exact reaction. It is salty and someone dumped in cayenne pepper. It is beyond tolerable for myself and I am Spanish. I can handle spicy food.
I called the store and asked for a manager by the name of Justin. He did not ask me if I was ok or was concerned. He admitted that they have had several complaints regarding the chile before mine. He also stated that they were trying to get though it. Meaning serve it until it was gone. So knowingly he is serving customers chile so unbearably spicy that he is compromising the safety of whoever eats it. His statement to me was "personally I Love it". Personally I don't think he ever tasted it. He refused to give me the store owners contact information. He said leave a review.
Promised me some free food next time as if that is why I called. What a joke. This guy might have a title of manager but any manager should know that serving customers faulty food knowingly is bad business and probably illegal.
I ate here for years! Sad to say it is time to move on to a new establishment that is not willing to sacrifice a patrons health for their bottom line.
UPDATE: I REACHED OUT TO THE CORPORATE EMAIL. NO RESPONSE OR CONTACT HAS BEEN MADE. IT IS A DEAD END FOR CUSTOMERS AND A WAY TO LOOK LIKE THEY ARE SERIOUS ABOUT...

Manager drinking coffee on make line, she put her cell phone down on a wrapper where immediately after a burrito was wrapped and given to customer wiped hands and continued making food without replacing gloves and touching money then food. Manager yelling at employees in front of customers and other employees. Rock Music playing in back loudly, so loud she had to shout over music to get attention of employees seemingly very rude. Employees seem to be very unhappy. No napkins. Had to wait in line at counter to ask for napkin and a clean fork and knife which took 5min to get, an employee had to find silverware in sink told me she had to wash them but find them first..restaurant must not have enough silverware on hand for number of customers in lobby..kitchen walls and appliances covered in caked on cooking oil and bacon grease all seen from lobby. Managers breath smells across restaurant. Gm Kristin meth mouth ruined my appetite. Junkies...
Read moreSo I have been going to this location for a better part of a year and let me say that I literally drive out of my way to eat here because not only is the food delicious but the service is great too. Everyone is always kind and respectful but I want to throw a special shout out to Leanna. I’m pretty sure she has been working every shift that I have gone in and what incredible service. So friendly and attentive to her co workers and the customers. She makes her rounds over and over from the back to the front to bring food, pick up finished plates, cleaning and talking to the customers. Making sure everyone is enjoying their food and experience while there. The consistency is exquisite! Hardest worker at the place for sure, and it hasn’t gone unnoticed. I just wanted to say thank you to Leanna for working so hard to create a great experience for the customers. Excellent employees at this caliber do not come along often anymore and it is a breath of fresh air to see an establishment produce a great product with a great staff and a stand out employee going the extra mile every time I have been...
