Acai Concept Boca Raton — Restaurant in Parkland

The food is great! But the service is terrible, and I think the owners don’t even know how bad prepared are their servers. I’ve been going to this place since 2020, me and my whole family, we are really good clients, and I love the açaí there, however, we’ve had several unpleasant experiences in there with servers, the worst was one day I wanted to order a tapioca (that is on their menu) and the girl said they weren’t serving it anymore for more than one month at that time. I thought it was really weird, but took it for granted. Next time I went and another girl was there so it occurred to me to ask again and she promptly said, “yes sure we never stopped serving it” I was shocked, and explained to her what happened, she was ashamed and apologized, and she said I was not the first person to complain. I feel like the owners should know about it, they may have no idea of money they are loosing with this...

Update01/24/22: they change the employees and they are doing a great job. The Acai are the best, really great product, I’ll give them now 5 stars. I love to go there… and I’m always aware of the schedule. I arrived at 7:10pm on Sunday and in the door it said 8pm and also in here. I saw the girl and asked her if they were closed and she replied yes. How this happened? I want to set something but she didn’t look at me anymore… really this makes me think if they close and the manager...

Saw this place next to the LA Fitness and was actually excited to try it out after my workout. The place only had one employee when i went in and he was making an order for the only person that was in there asides from myself. I waited 15 mins and was never greeted or my order was never taken. The guy was working slower than a turtle and seemed like he just wanted to go home and sleep. Why is this next to a gym and only have one employee who cant even handle...
