The NY Pizza Place - Boca Raton — Restaurant in Florida

Ordered delivery from them for 6 children that I had over at the house.. Got a large pizza and an order of wings for delivery, they delivered but never rang the door bell or knock on door they just left the food outside period. Never even got a notification or anything at all When one of our kids when out to the car to grab a ball they realized the food was sitting outside We grabbed it and the order of wings was upside down dripping all over the pizza box and inside Wings got dried up after all the sauce etc dripped out of them.. Pizza was cold and hard when opened We called to let them know and they refused to do anything about it period They blamed it on a third party delivery service even though I called them directly to order not via anyone else The person on the call said they were the manager at the time did say there is a general manager but gave no option to contact them.. First time ordering and will be the last As a business they should stand behind their food and if I’m ordering directly from you then it’s on you to figure it out with the delivery company not just tell the customer too bad figure it out

“The NY Pizza Place”, formerly known Manhattan Joe’s is located in Mission Bay Plaza. It is a cozy pizza shop that offers a simple one-page menu. You won't find any soup or eggplant on the menu; however, they serve basic pizzas, subs, calzones, wings, pasta, chicken parm, a few different salads, and you can even order pizza by the slice. The slices are generously sized, and the pizzas are competently made using basic steel deck ovens. Rachel ordered a half meatball sub which was decent. The meatballs had a strong oregano flavor and a good balance of filler to meat. If you're looking for a quick and affordable meal in that plaza, NY Pizza is a good option. We were looking for a local pizza place that had New York style pizza and we came across this place in Mission Bay Plaza last night. They’re the only pizza place in Western Boca Raton or all of Boca Raton that you can order a 20 inch pie. They also had a five dollar off coupon online if you place an order of $50 or more so we took advantage of that. We ordered the special and also the veggie pizza. Toppings were plentiful and had a good amount of melted fresh mozzarella! The slices were so huge! And it tasted very good. Definitely gonna go back there again and try their calzones and some more of their specialty pizzas. They put real roasted red peppers on their veggie pizza which Italians go crazy over.
