Panera Bread — Restaurant in Florida

My daughter LOVES Panera, and we have been long time customers. I have had some meh experiences, a few mix ups with the apps, but nothing like what happened this afternoon. The three of us had rather simple orders. I ordered a green goddess salad with a Sierra turkey, my husband ordered the green goddess salad with an avocado BLT, and the little one a grilled cheese.

We wait about 15 minutes for our food, which is not bad, they must have been busy (didn't look that way but you never know). My order comes out with no sides, so we ask for my side. The girl returns with my husband's food, which is something completely different than what we ordered, so we send it back. Meanwhile, my side is still missing. His food comes out and they didn't send the BLT. Just some turkey slapped on rye. That's it! Either way, we're hungry, so we start eating. Our salads are wilted, to the point that the greens were gooey and looked like that head of lettuce you forget in the back of your fridge and it liquifies (yeah, pretty gross). My husband puts his salad aside and starts eating his dry turkey on rye. I ask the girl for a new salad. She brings out a new salad, which is exactly the same wilted greens, with lots of dressing slathered on to hide the gross stuff. Mind you my salad was supposed to come with no dressing. My husband laughs saying if I send it back the only dressing I'll get is spit. I figured the salad was a loss, so I move on to my sandwich. Guess what? The greens in there were just as bad as the salad. I got really sick to my stomach, and just left all the food since I was so grossed out by it. It will be a while before I recover from this experience. This is the second time this store has made me nauseous (first time they sent a moldy, half open pack of cream cheese to my office - now it was fun to see all my coworkers nearly...

Just sat inside for lunch the other day. Late lunch. Around 4pm. Crown was low, restaurant was a bit messy though. Their dosent seem to be someone who is actively cleaning up the floors or even tables. So most of the table were dirty and the dish drop off was way to full. No having said that, the food was wonderful. Pricy though. The employees are very sweet and happy to explain about dishes if your unsure. It was $24 for a Bagel, A 1/2 Sand & Cup Of Soup and a Kids Sandwich & Apple. Water to drink. So pricy as I said, but delicious. I tried to order a sandwich I had a few months ago, but it seems they don’t have that anymore, so I ended up with a Chicken Motz sandwich, which I wasent mad about! The sandwich was insanely tasty, the bread was crispy, and the sauce tied the whole sandwich together! My tomato soup was perfect, as always. (It’s my go-to soup here) Kids sandwich is simple, bland, but my daughter was happy. My other daughter got a Sesame Bagel with Cream Cheese. It was a little stale, but those are made in the am, so it figures. As a whole it was a great meal, and I would recommend. I just think the staff can do a better job of cleaning the restaurant, especially for the prices they are asking. A clean place to sit isn’t...

Placed an order for my daughters dinner last night online received a text message to come pick it up when I arrive at this location it was not on the shelf to be picked up when I inquired about it the employees seem to be very disinterested they could not find the order even though I showed them the order number they agreed to refill the order which was great however when I went to show the young lady the text message saying that it was done she turned to me and screamed “ it must’ve been stolen“ and shoved a bag with the soup and bread and it towards me when I inquired from another employee the first young lady‘s name the second employee said I don’t have to tell you anything and turned her back to me the shift leader Sean didn’t seem to care very much I called The store manager this morning she did not seem very concerned either I called corporate and corporate excuse was it was a franchisee store but they’ll see what they can do don’t ever shop at this location there are many other places to go that way at least treat you with a tiny...
